They both produce a great image, hard to know which one to buy for longer range varminting

For daytime the Arken Zulus has the edge on quality, up close for rats and long range at night in any weather condition the Alpex 4K has the edge.
Ian, Do you know if the ballistics can store only one or multiple sets of data for several rifles say?

Go to the end of the video, they are both using only the inbuilt IR of the Zulus.
Alpex clear winner. That been said. Bullshit about distance. My alpex with pbir is not good to 300 yards. It’s also got a trully appalling Battery life. Despite the false promises

Is your Alpex the new 4K one? In some other reviews I've looked at, the 4K Alpex seems to have less dynamic range, causing the foreground to whiteout when correctly exposed for the background at distance. You can see it a bit in this video also. Zulus seems better in low light. I was hoping the Alpex would be the clear winner, but I don't think it is for all requirements.

what a totally useless comment. background music has been proven to hold audience attention. You'll never please everyone, so just turn it down if you don't like it.
I was looking to purchase this Arken Zulus, BUT, after taking advice from several people/business's I wont be buying one. Due to issues around the clarity of the picture which I am advised IS quite poor & build quality !!!!!

The Image on the Arken Zulus is good to be fair, excellent in daytime and good at night with the right IR.
