Have you had the info from Stuart Grant or Shaun and James at Optics Warehouse that the holdover mark does not show on the reticle in the pip box. Hopefully you are able to rectify that with a firmware update and it would be nice to also have the option of a short/thin horizontal line holdover mark with different colours like the Pard DS35 as the X covers too much target area. Also, in my opinion the remote centre + in the reticles would be better if it was smaller, again like the Pard DS35. The Alpex 4K LRF is a great unit with a much improved image on the original and love the fact that the holdover mark shifts up/down automatically as the range changes, it just needs a bit of tweaking with the above suggestion please, in my opinion.

We are currently testing new firmware to resolve these issues. I work directly for HIKMICRO so am aware of issues as they occur. Thanks for your input 👍🏻

I've had issues downloading videos off my scope onto the APP, keeps saying no footage found. My mate is having the same problem. I can view it on scope so they are on there
