On higher mag past 10x the image does start deteriorating more, as with all digital scopes..

Was that an FAC air gun ??? Big puffs of smoke like your shooting 22LR but hardly any noise apart from the sound of valve being struck

How would you compare this 4k lrf alpex to the pard DS35 lrf which are similar set ups ?

The 4K alpex has a better up close image at night and longer range night time ability with minimal IR, it also has a better app interface and scaled reticule option.

What make & model LED IR are you using? Very clear footage.

Can I ask how fussy the focus is? On some NV I have seen it is very easy to go straight past the ideal focus point.

Yes focus fussy like most of the dedicated scopes. I fitted a throw lever to allow for more precise adjustments.

That is the zero distance of the FAC airgun. The LRF distance will show when the LRF splash is visible on the screen if you look.
