Wowzer James, another great adventure. Thank you buddy, Neil & Rachel.
I agree! The terrain on the ridge is tough and much slower than it looks. You had great weather again
This is a great achievement, or will be once complete. One that no one can ever take from you. I would like to thank you for taking us on this journey, the videos have been absolutely stunning and I for one have enjoyed each and every one. Looking forward to the others and to seeing you complete this journey.

Came here to say exactly the same thing. The transformation from the original videos is astonishing. Not just a physical journey but a creative one too. Would love to see those original peaks get the same treatment as these videos, but they're still great to watch. Magnfiicent achievement worthy of any national broadcaster.

Thank you for that. I climbed this with my mate late afternoon and climbed up towards Mhor set up camp and walked over and onto Mhor. My mate was too tired to continue onto Ciche so I virtually ran between the peaks got to the summit stayed for minutes as I felt I had to get back to my friend. So missed the views also darkness was falling and used the wall as navigation. Climbed the third Munro in the morning and then back to the car. So pleased you showed what I missed. Great video.
Your planning and preparation are always evident in your outings. Such a pleasure to watch your videos and see your progress.

Wow !! An epic walk !! Must be 25 years ago since I did those three and I remember it being a monumental walk. But I was younger and fitter back then. But you're right. A truly spectacular part of Scotland 🙂.
Thanks for sharing this great trip James. It was fantastic to see these remote peaks again on such a good day. I remember hiking round then in in 1998. Was a long day. We camped near the car park for an early start and left around 7am, back at car for 6pm. Then had to 4 hr drive home for work in the morning! Rock n roll! 😂. ATB Derek

Big day out! Great film as always.
Great video, love that part of Scotland, you can get yourself lost if you wanted to escape the rat race. Who on earth decided to build a wall over 1000 metres up mountains......in Scotland!!

The Destitution Walls In the 1840s and 1850s, during the Highland clearances, when the people were forced from their lands by rich landowners to make way for sheep farming, with many leaving for America, Canada, Australia, etc. a potato famine struck leaving those that were left behind starving. Too proud to beg for charity, which the rich landowners had refused anyway, they were forced to work with little or no purpose, building roads and walls in the middle of nowhere in exchange for food. These were the 'destitution' roads and walls. They still exist across the Highlands to this day, a sad reminder of a blighted history.

@leshamilton7785 Thanks for that. I have heard of them just didn't think they would be built so high up on top of mountain's. Was it a case of separating who owned what land etc?
Great video in arguably the best area in Scotland. Nice to se the views I missed all those years back when I did them so will deffo be going back to do these three in better weather. The end is fast approaching.
Thoroughly enjoyed it! The drone footage was so good. I did this a few years ago in the same direction as you. Remembered breaking a pole coming of the steep descent of the last munro!

Excellent video James.Done the route the same way as urself and was in the clouds for a lot of the ascent up Sgurr na Ciche.Blessed to get to the top and pop out to an amazing Inversion.Ur 1st drone shot was the same as mine so it was awesome to see what the Inversion was hiding for me below.Had to stop same place as urself before the climb up to the 3rd one.Could possibly be one of the hardest ascents I've done as i was gubbed by this point.🥵🥵🤣👍 I also swore I would never drive that Loch Arkaig road again as it gave me that much anxiety and done Sgurr Mor from Loch Quioch side.😱😱😱

We used to Holiday at the Loch most summers in the sixties and it was very very quiet. Also you can see Squrr na Ciche from most of Loch Arkaig and I always wanted to climb this but it never happened. We did get quite friendly with the gillie and a young family at the end of the loch. Unfortunately it looks like there croft has sadly gone. I'm with you on the area its absolutely stunning
Great vid.. You did the area justice 👍 High on my list these Munros , and i preferred the way you did it, don't fancy the long walk back and the gully descent that walkhighlands prefers..
Ah stunning James! Those drone shots were top drawer mate! Still to do these and had a mind to do them the same way!! Cracking mate! Paul

Aw mate, absolutely stunning. Well done, looked hard going. Now tell me something James, do you actually do anything for a living, or are you sat at home waiting for the best weather, then bosh off you go? Ha. Ha. Watch your sugar intake mate, gives you a rush, then bang your knackered again. Bananas, malt loaf, wholemeal rolls for lunch and a good trail mix with nuts, dates, and dried fruits. Keeps me going all day at 64. Cheers, Ozzy.

Thanks Ozzy, haha I do work unfortunately, I just do crazy shift work so get a good pick of my days off.. usually midweek etc, I do have to reduce my sugar intake I think, I rely on it too much 😂 Cheers, James

@ScottishMunroJourney Ha, the old shift work. Still at it now at 64. Got out of it for 20 years, then a load of redundancies during covid left our department short of shifters, so I've been roped into it again. Never mind, only 6 months to go then retire.
Been waiting for this one and it didn't disappoint! A wonderful portrait and account of a wonderful day. Was great to meet you up there on the ridge. I'm impressed you did the whole lot in one day. I walked in to Glen Dessarry the day before and camped there. I'm such a lightweight 😂. See you out there on the hills again some time I hope.

well played, and what a glorious day. did the same (other way round) last july, and its still the background on the computer. memorable landscape and some excellent scrambling to be had either side of the ridge. even worth the long walk out in the rain and the dark. you're running out of munro's laddie. atb

Lovely rugged scenery James. Hardy lads back in the day, going up there everyday to carry rocks around and build a wall.
What a beautiful day you had James and views to die for 😁👍
Incredible walk James, thanks for these great videos. Getting close to the end of the journey now.
Always blows my mind they random walls especially in remote locations like knoydart, who on earth builds them they are everywhere

Knoydart looks epic. So remote with proper mountains. I've just watched it with my breakfast here in Dubai. I have completed all the Wainwrights in the Lake District. I have only managed 9 munros but plan on exploring more when I get home. Not been as far as Knoydart yet but might have to venture there in the next few years. Cheers for the vlogs. Great to watch them here in desert.

Tough day but worth the effort 😂
Great video James in fantastic weather. The drone shots in particular are stunning. You could have cycled further on the south side of Glen Dessary passing above A Chuil Bothy as far as footbridge in the forest at NM931934 might have shortened your day a little. The twice I have done these hills overnighted in the bothy but still long hard days well done.

Coincidentally, I did Sgùrr Fiona circular last week and it didn't disappoint. Another option could be to do a easy(ish) Munro and take the dog and the family round with you. Or a overnight wild camp ⛺️ Won't be long now - all the best finishing off 👍🏻
Good video, however I did hard bit first, easier ( and no bike !!!!!)
