Hi Jack, I sure hope the Volvo rebuilt engine is running well ! I watch as you broke down but I knew you would overcome the ordeal because you seem to be a man of faith just remember bad things happen to good people but God always is near and shows us the way, God bless and be safe.

Another great movie Jack , I've just got back from the states I done 8960 miles in three weeks and whilst ai was there ai went to the landstar party in Jacksonville , it was the best holiday ever. Every red volvo I passed I looked up for you but to no avail. Take care and keep up the good work
Even grim Jack is a joy to watch. Thanks again Jack for these videos and the professionalism you bring to trucking.
Jack, I love the sounds of trucks in truck stops, we went from Oregon to Detroit MI. and back, got an experience of truck stop life for a couple of weeks, big asset to all us vacationers and truckers, Great videos!!
Jack, You've hit the nail on the head with this one... Through Flagstaff with the San Franciso Peaks, the music and your camera placement, (Makes Red look shiny and clean). All in all a perfect day on the road.
I’m dead set on trucking, I will do whatever it takes to get it done

Hi Jack. I enjoy watching trucker vlogs. You by far have the best ones for content, vlog length (longer is better to me), as well as information. Safe travels!
Thanks IJT for all your videos. They're not only entertaining, but very educational and informative.
Beautiful film as always Jack! Really appreciate the time you spend making them with the camera angles, music and behind the scenes info. Cheers!

Amen on the "trash-talk" on CB radio Jack, the last few years I was on the road the only time I turned on my CB was to listen for a shipper/receiver to assign me a door or let me know my papers were ready to go.
always love your videos you do a awesome job and you still inspire me to be a trucker which i'll never give up that dream i will be rollin one of these days

Another great one.
Another great video Jack. Cannot wait till i bring the family over to Florida again next summer, just need to save hard lol. Your videos make me want to tour the US but that will have to wait till the kids have flown the nest. Thanks again Jack for the great footage and inspiration for me to travel.
Jack your content is so amazing you should be your own TV channel charging money. I leave Indiana Jack playing all day on my computer. Starting CDL school next month in Canada. I hope I can be a driver with your sensibilities and positive approach to the business and staying safe.
Hey jack I really enjoy watching your vids because you haul a lot of west coast stuff. I've primarily been east of the Mississippi during my time as a trucker. I've always wanted to haul the west . Hopefully I'll get the chance one day! Thanks bud! Keep on trucking!
glad to have you trucking agian you said you quit i missed you vlogs there worth viewing

That’s so cool, when you made this video I was just few months away from graduating from high school and moving there to attend Howard College! I was hoping you’d stop there. And I agree, that TA is a little, how do I put this delicately... dirty! Be safe out there!
hi Jack another great video, i really enjoy watching them,,,drive safe keep well,,, all the very best,,,,,,,
Great video again!
What you need for that snow box is some 1" self-tapping screws i use them all day at work and i go through frame steel just like you would be.Just go right through that flange and the truck frame and that box wouldn't move.
Having a back haul secured is something you like to try to count on, but most of us who drove for any length of time had this happen to us from time to time. And when we are owner operators it is fuel money right out of our pockets, but it is part of it and you just dead head to another one close by if possible.
Nice picture of ol red at 13:23. Sure glad you got it running again. So much for buying that new tire.
Great video...really enjoyed. Sorry for all your misfortunes on this journey. Some great life lessens learnt. Keep up the good work.
Thank you Jack!
Buddy holly recorded in Clovis, NM, lived in Lubbock.
My son the trucker bought a TRUCKERS GPS he loves it !! t keeps him off the side roads and more on the hwy .
Thank You Jack for that great video,I enjoyed every minute of it. Bob
Indiana Jack,At first I thought...Nestle did spiked your tire, but when you mentioned ,,your spare was snatched in Selma,,,,then that thief, not only got your spare, but sabotaged that frontal tire,,,,,,,Great work Trucker,,,side video camera,,,,,,,looking great ,not easy hauling a '53 box
Interesting place at 25:25, Great video as always Jack. Have a good'n
keep going jack.u are really professional,i hope ur company they tread u very well
Great videos. I live here in Flagstaff Arizona. I watch your videos.
I like your style. Good trucking and good loads
Nice video, your fans appreciate the time you put into making your videos.
Just dawned on me how many times I stopped in that Flying J. That's one steep hill to pull going west.
Thank you Jack
Glad to see your truck fix .
I’m in Dallas, that will be my base of operations when I get started
Good one Jack Really enjoy your trucking differences over the Pond. Greater red tape now in Europe. Only I am retired now so do not care less!!!
You guys on KZread makes it look so easy that. But it the experience. To bad we don't have video of your first week driving solo
Losing two tires is a tough deal jack. The music fitted the adventure rather well too. Wish that i can live in SoCal. My sister and cousins reside in various parts of the state as well...California is home to you after all....thats great...good deal on your diet changes.

Albert... Im glad you like the music. Just some trivia, the original kid jumping on the trampoline saying "you are watching adventures in trucking" is the son of the drummer in this band. I have known the mom for over 30 years. The kid just made a new one and is all grown up now so you will see him soon.

Oh yes the boy on the trampoline...he is athletic jack...old red is ok? I hope so...jack all that work on the motor and injectors and you have loss of power and low fuel mileage.....pheonix is responsible to give you a new and improved product. Somehow they should be made aware of it.....safe travels jack...video was excellent
I know CB's. One radio is not more powerful than another, they all run at 4 Watts, the legal limit. It won't do much of any good to get a Standard CB tune-up LOL, not unless you're going to run a kicker, which is absolutely necessary. Trying to get a CB from 4 to 5 Watts as useless, you have to double the output to gain one more pound, so, you have to go from 4 to 8 watts to gain a pound and then you have to go from 8 to 16, etc etc. When driving a trailer, your greatest receive and transmit is going to be towards the rear because the trailer is where your ground plane is. The ground plane deal is a little vague on 18 wheelers and is more accurate with a single-vehicle. A lot of cb shops will take your money to tune up your radio and overdrive it and or cause distortion and it's because they either want your money or they don't know.

Thanks for this new video. It let me dream of America. I live in Belgium, Europa. That's a whole different country, i can tell you. Sorry about my english, it's a little bit difficult for me to write in english.
It's not been your week Jack. That looked like a nice VT880 you parked next to at that last truck stop :-) Take care, Drew
Learning something in this video..........
Man, rip off another tyre, this is awful, Your cost is gone up horribly. Hope that is the last. Wishing you better luck. Be safe. Thinking of you and B T W, your videos are awesome. Thanks for taking us along for the R I D E......
I am watching this video in 2017, so I understand if the question is not answered: if you are a trucker and you want the loads, is the idea that you dead head to a pick up location while other truckers may not be motivated to do so and wait. The idea is a bit like uber drivers who troll around key areas for fares whereas others will go to a nearby city.
Do a little video about Bucksnort, TN and how you can get down there going west but not going east. Just a little food stop with a couple gas stations. "Good morning Bucksnort, Tennessee."
I subscribe to josh as well as your good self.....two of the best at both ends of the age dynamic. Stay safe, friend.

Great Video! Love the angles. I'm also an electrician that's getting into trucking but I'm definitely not making $100,000 a year.
Always check your CB antenna condition. Cobra 29 LX is a good rig, but it will not works if antenna is broken or even misplaced. Antenna have an impedance and a resonance, and those guys who tune such antennas - always trying to set SWR=1 that makes your radio works 100% of capable TX power.
really looking out for your cb vlog
Big Springs 60miles or so west of my home town Sweeteater home sick love when your in The Lone Star State
Great stuff sir. like it.
♫Happiness is Lubbock Texas in my rear view mirror ♫
Question Jack" Do you have an Automatic shift system or do you double clutch, or float your gears? What ever you do, its smooth. I had an Old Stalk Cutter with a shiny 290 Cummins with a 3 speed Eaton rear end. 16 gears forward. I could walk faster than my truck would crawl. It was an old house moving truck I pulled a Cement Tanker for 10 years. All I could afford at the time, I sat in a Warehouse for 8 years watching trucks back up to Alfords Warehouse loading docks in Dallas, TX & knew I could back a truck better than a lot of them truckers so I rented me a U Haul truck & got my CDL's at 37, all 3 kids were grown & off I went. I went through 3 more trucks during my 25 years of trucking & finally retired at 62. I miss the smell of Diesel & love the sound of the rumble of stacks so really enjoy your videos, I just watched you coming from Lubbock down I-35 right past my house in Red Oak, TX. Bless you for keeping an Ole Heifers memories alive. Wish your videos had smell-a-vision, lol Keep on trucking as long as you can, When you retire I can bet you will miss it. I DO! Hope someone out there might remember me, I run I-45 to Houston & back 5 days a week hauling dry bulk cement, Give me a Hello if you read this, Please? An Ole Mother Trucker Jodi Blon
Regardless of what brand of water you like, if you'll check its owned by Nestle including the brand I like, Ozarka.
Big Springs, TX stayed there before it's a tight little place. Haha
and good to see old red
Really enjoy your videos / movies. Do you have to deal with that loud rattle when you encounter all bumps? What's causing it?
As luck would have it, you found the issue before it became a MAJOR one stuck on the interstate far from service. Sad, your cost is outta this world. Wishing best of luck from here on in Jack.
Another great video Jack. What type of mounts do you use for your outside shots? Thanks. WLBS

Hi JACK LOVE THE VIDEOS NEVEER SEE YOU USE THE CB ?
How long did it take you to get used to OTR driving?
Hello Jack, I really enjoy your vlogs. Thank you for the time and effort you put forth. I would like to invite you to our VFW post in Orlando when you are in town to show you the lives you reach with your videos and how they are appreciated. Please contact if interested.
If you had the spare, how would it have changed the situation? They still had to come out and remount the tire. It seems like just carrying dead weight
You take the high road and I will take the low road and i will be in Scotland afore ye.
