I’ve seen recipes for high protein toast that use thawed frozen green peas, would those also work, or are they lower in protein than edamame?

@@nurturingherroots8511she doesn’t say and also saw on her website and doesn’t mention cooking them. But I googled, and it looks like edamame beans do need to be cooked. The bag of the frozen shelled edamame has the instructions on how to cook them :D. Hope this is helpful. I was wondering the same thing.

I do really love her recipes mostly because she doesn't frame it like she invented something or saying this is the best version of etc. This looks like a really delicious nutritious and fun thing to play around with. Which is something that I learned from her that treating all these recipes like building blocks lets me incorporate whatever I have on hand. 💙❤️💙

I think it is important to notify viewers to make sure that the edamame are cooked. Not all shelled edamame are precooked. Uncooked edamame are poisonous.
