I started reading the book, then had no time to sit down and read it. Tried listen to the audio book and in the first hour and 10 minutes, there's about 10 minutes worth of listening to. It's so much damn fluff and self gratification... Wish he'd just get to the damn point. Listening has honestly pissed me off because of it. Audio book is 11 fucking hours for crying out loud. I can't waste my time on fluff. So thank you for pulling out the ACTUALLY useful bits.

@@BestBookBits let me explain my reason as this book is useful coz it helps in changing habits not just knowledge, and in my view this summary without such stories, explanations and those performance prompts can't do so.
