Niagara Top Team presents: High Percentage Takedowns - Wrestling for BJJ
We held our first wrestling camp out of Niagara Top Team. Our goal is to increase the level of wrestling in the Ontario Jiu Jitsu scene with focused camps for high percentage positions, and live wrestling with new training partners from all over.
