    I always love step and strength classes, but this one was extra fun, challenging, and it just flew by! I loved how the weights changed my center of gravity. It made it a little spicier. Would love to have this format again! You're the best, Chris!!

    I think I worked out 3 times the whole month of December, which is not a good thing, but here’s the good thing, my mindset has changed. A year and a half of workouts with you did that. I just kept thinking, I can’t wait to get back to Chris. I’m hooked! And I love that. So thank you again. I picked this workout to start back with, it’s a favorite.

    Wow… I can’t believe what a difference adding those light weights makes! Did this after today’s lower body and started with 5lbs, then dropped to 3, then gave up on the weights all together. Going to try it again when I haven’t just finished leg day… thanks for keeping this so fresh! 😻

    I did this when the power was out at Chris’s house along with a lower body. Trying to keep to her schedule. It was just great, slower speed but those weights got the heart pumping !

    I love this workout! I only have about 40 minutes in the morning for exercise (can’t make myself get up any earlier😊) and it has been difficult for me to balance aerobics and weights! Not only did this make my time more efficient, it was fun and easy to follow for a not-so-coordinated person that I am. However, with you, I am definitely improving. It is a weird connection but as I get more fit, it makes my favorite hobby of bird photography better -go figure! Than you!

    Loved this! This is like the one I used to every day in the 90s. It was a video called Bun Busters. It was a half hour and step holding weights! I have come a long way since then, but this kind of workout is still excellent!

    This was an amazing w/o! First one I've done of this format and will definitely do more. Used my 5s and it was tough. Can't imagine using 8s! 🥵🔥

    Did a redo on this one this Monday morning!! Love it so much!! The simple Step moves and Weights really kicks it up a notch!! This one is on constant repeat for me and I love it every time I do it. Love, love, love it!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤
