Very strengthening. Feels great
Awesome quick workout to warm up and get your energy flowing. It's very challenging but doable for someone who doesn't do a lot of cardio (me!). Perfect warm up when it's too cold to go right into stretching.

It's really good...I sweat a lot this time cause practically everyday I been doing my assignment when Master Park used to be our teacher in Oceanside! Ca. So I am adding 10 more minutes on top of my assignment exercise. I know he's up North after Oceanside. But yes I love this routine.

@@BodyNBrain ok so i was so sore I found my goal was set too high 😂 For the first 3 days super sore but energized as promised and then i had more energy and less apetite even after 5 days. So awesome!!!
