Italian craftsmanship is usually of a very high standard, but for a lot of us, out of our price range. It's always good to see these products and place them on a wishlist, but I will probably never own them. Thank you so much for sharing and showing us all these products. Happy Father's day to you, Sir. Stay well and all the best.

Reward yourself. Don’t be so cheap. Lol.
Although I'll never be able to afford their products, it's cool to see what's possible and I also enjoy seeing just about anything being done to this level of craftsmanship.
Audia Flight is one of the few “high end” manufacturers whose products actually makes sense. They’re expensive but not insane, and they are so clean yet smooth.
Very Interesting Randy! I enjoy seeing manufacturing side of the audio equipment business. Thanks for sharing. 👍👍
This is why we have Italy. To build beautiful things nobody actually really needs to live but absolutely wants!
I recently listened to the Audia Flight FLS9 amplifier paired with the new Mission 770 loudspeakers, which I discovered on another KZread channel. I found the performance to be truly awesome and impressive. The soundstage was expansive and the vocals were musical and highly enjoyable. Italian audio products seem to have a unique style and artistic flair to their designs.

In Singapore? If so, which store?
Extra big transformer, large bank of capacitors. AudiaFlight is good stuff. Had the FLS10.
Thanks for sharing that very very very nice opportunity to acquire knowledge on quality sound!
Love it! No thrills and high value if you think about it compared to the other boutique "audiophile" brands.
I liked this video, one comment. I went with high end auto this year, and I literally had to redo my basement to accommodate the equipment. So remember it’s not just the price of the equipment you will also need to accommodate it properly. To hold our equipment I had to special order salamander design rack and it was not cheap, a bit above 5 figures just to hold the equipment. All in all budget was 50k for all equipment but when we were done it was close to 75k, also had to install 30A circuits, 240v breaker, new wiring. But we should be good now for life and when we pass away our kids can enjoy the audio/video room. Our setup is LG G3 77 inch Oppo 205 Kef R11x4, R3x4, R6, SVS PB-4000x4 Denon A1h Monoprice monolith 7x (2) McIntosh MC611 x2 Apple TV 4K Monoprice 12 awg speaker cables Monoprice hdmi cables Kef ls50 wireless, SVS 3000 micro, FiiO R9, audeze lcd x, lcd xc. We bought used and new equipment.
I currently got the Audia flight FL 3, what an amp. You may need to spend silly money to better this amp. I'm talking 6k and above, or may just be your end amp. I was lucky to buy mine second hand for just under £2000 . Including dac and phono stage.
Glad to see you came to my country and liked not only food and art. We make some very, very decent hifi (and not only), I hope you can see and listen more besides this and Opera/Unison. P.S. the town ii Civitavecchia, with h. Not so far from where I leave, next time give me a shout :)

Amazing toys that I can't afford. Thanks for showing them to us. Keep up the great work!
Super amazing craftsmanship and approach to amp building. Love it!
Beautiful workmanship, very nice indeed. Thanks again and regards as always.
I see you had what looks like typically good if not great Italian pizza, simple and delicious.
You could get a tie for father's day. Or perhaps a new integrated amp?

“High end” companies seem to be bit behind the curve on DACs, mostly due to tired and widely disproven beliefs about them. However Audia Flight’s amps are fantastic, thankfully the DAC issue is easily remedied for less than $1,000.
Thanks Randy
It is cool that nice things exist
Very nice! Thanks for the review!
Nice vid. Do you did not really eat at a McDonalds, not in Italy. But, curious about filling an audio component with resin--what happens to the heat?
The prices are getting more and more ridiculous by the year!! Yes, its well made, yes its good components but massively over priced as is the whole of HiFi these days. In comparison - for £30k you can buy a Ducati Panigal V4 S. Fantastic Italian workmanship . What you get from Ductai for your £30K compared to Audia Flight for instance is crazy. It just goes to show how much were getting ripped off in HIFI :(
Awesome video. Thanks.
Both the quality and price were "amped up" 😃
I still love my Sonus Fabers. Hope u can visit them in your next visit.

I am not diminishing how much money $4000 is, but the fact that many of the practices performed in the cost no object gear goes into the $4000 integrated is something I am proud of. $4000 is certainly an investment but I’m not sure you have to be rich to approach one

@@stevejain9942 The idea of saving up and investing $4000 for an ENTIRE system would seem like a reachable goal, but I can't see spending that much money on one piece of gear. And really, I doubt the $4000 amp is going to sound that much better than a $400 one. Really, for that cost, it should sound 10 times better, but the reality is, I don't even think it will sound twice as good. It really isn't worth it.

Upgradable and modular mean nothing. In 5 years, they will be out of business or refuse to sell any compatible "upgrades". Been there, done that TWICE with Sunfire and Rotel both. Years later... They tell you: buy a new receiver. This industry has proved that the "modular" and "upgradable" terminology is just a selling point that no manufacturer will ever honor in a few years down the road.
Great stuff! $30k amps? Not in my time. I Truly wonder if would I even hear the difference in amplifiers between say a 5k and 3Ok amp? I doubt it unfortunately at my age. BUT gotta, love the Cylon angle!

Excellent! Don't give into the dark side. I can just see it, hi honey, I'm home. (with $40,000 worth of equipment, we're selling on of the children.)

That's the thing about (some) high end products. They can be a lifetime, or at least a very long, investment. For two reasons. They are built extremely well and they sound very good and look very good, so upgrade fever is much less of a problem. My last main speakers and amp lasted me 20 years. The amp still runs in a second system, and the speakers I traded in for about 1/3 of what I paid for them. Looked at that way it makes more sense.
While it is a nice story and it seems like these are more legit companies, what good is it if you can't afford it? It certainly doesn't belong on a page that is dedicated to AFFORDABLE hi-fi gear.

@@Fidelity_Sound Based on what? Where is that line drawn. You tell me. It is obviously different for every person. But for most people, myself included, don't have a six figure salary in which they can afford to piss away money on anything they like. Yeah, some people have a family, a home and expenses that comes close to the income they are making. So for me and probably many that come here, spending $2 - 5k on an ENTIRE system is tops. Thus, coming to a page labeled, "Cheap Audio Man", I better not see a single item over the $1000 threshold. Randy has gone over that line many, many times.
