In the Modern Warfare 2 campaign, a similar change happens with General Shephard while he's talking to Captain Price. His name goes from Blue to signify ally, to Yellow to signify neutral, to Red to signify he's now the enemy

Fun fact - that leg brace Mad Max is wearing comes from the second movie! At the end of the first Mad Max, his knee gets shattered. In the second movie and Fury Road, Max is seen wearing that same leg brace.

The name change with Graves also happens with Shepard while Price is on the phone with him. Earlier in the game Shepard has a blue name, during the call its yellow and turns red at the end.

Shepherd too while Price confronts him and he warns Price from going after Graves. His name begins in yellow as he is a neutral character at that point.

a bit later in MW2 campaign Shepherds name will turn yellow when talking to Lazwell until she confirms he is not a good guy and it turns red again

I played Mad Max yesterday and here's what I've found: if you get in the car from the wrong side several times Chumbucket will say something like ,,You know how to get in the car Saint? Or are you just testing my faith?"

That made me laugh several times while playing the game

Did you know that in Modern Warfare 2, the chopper gunner scorestreak has two different shot down cutscenes depending on how you get shot down. With a Rocket laucher, you will spiral out of control. When you are shot down with bullets. Your gunner will get shot through the window and crash.

On the topic of MW2 killstreak destruction animation here is a cool detail: the animation that plays whenever the helicopter that you are piloting is destroyed will change depending on if they took it down with bullets or with rockets. Also the revolver in the game has 5 unique reload animations depending on the ammo you have left.

A cool detail I found is in the Modern Warfare II campaign during the mission where you are fighting and fleeing the "Mexican army". During the section where you are in the river fighting the soldiers on land, if you don't move the current of the river will actually move your character.

Every time Mad Max comes up in a video, it makes me want to start it up again. I just finished a playthrough less than 6 months ago.

There’s a dialogue detail in god of war ragnarok I’m sure you’d be interested in. When ratatsokr gives you the option to summon him with the chime, if you continuously hit the chime while he is already there he will end up getting very upset after several lines of different dialogue

Adding onto ragnarok details if you throw your axe at the light of alfheim the characters will ask if kratos is angry at the light

In mad max: when you drift in circles Long enough, chumbucket will eventually say that he's getting sick

A detail I love in Breath of the Wild is of Link is either dressed as Dark Link, Phantom Ganon, or Tingle, NPC’s will react in horror if he walks near them

Recently played Madmax again not that long ago, as I was playing I kept going to the wrong side of the car to enter it, After some time I caught Chumbucket say " "Surely by now the saint knows which side the wheel is on, yes? Is he testing my faith?" Its a very good nod to detail for entering the wrong side of the car

The gunship doesn’t “lose gravity” due to being “high up”. It doesn’t fly at altitudes nearly that high. Things got weightless in the cabin because the aircraft suddenly pitched up and then rapidly down as the missile struck it. This sudden increase of pitch (and altitude) followed by a decrease in pitch (and altitude) produces a weightless effect. It is how the ‘Vomit Comet’ in Houston conducts its weightless missions for NASA. You can do this effect in any aircraft at any altitude.

Exactly. It's the same for the ISS. The astronauts there are still affected by almost the same amount of gravity, but it isn't experienced, because they are constantly "falling". The station doesn't actually fall to earth because since it's traveling so fast, the curve of the earth will fall away at the same speed the station is falling.

In Minecraft Java if you go into Spectator mode you can click on mobs and take over them and see what they see. It's really cool

Same goes to when Captain Price talking with General Shepherd in the cutscene before the "Ghost Team" mission. Shepherd's name changed color to yellow indicating he's on both sides and then it turned to red after he refuses Price's request to dismiss Shadow Company. BTW Hadir also had his name colored in yellow when he was captured in MW 2019.

Did you know that in MW2 (2022), the chopper gunner killstreak can have two downed animations. One can be done by using rockets and the other can be done by shooting it down with bullets.

Same thing with General Shepard's subtitles after the prison escape mission. Goes from a friendly blue to an enemy red. Cool detail that I love.

Mad Max is one of those games that are really underrated for no reason.

Poor timing on the release is what buried it but I'm a massive fan of it it I remember correctly ontop of releasing after mg3 if I remember correctly it was also released the same day as just cause 3 but I could be wrong on that one

Don't know if you've done some clips for hidden dialog, but in MW2 (so far that I know), in the mission "Recon by Fire", if after completing the sniping section and being told by Cpt. Price to go into the facility while he covers you, Laswell will start to talk, but if you advance too far, you will miss a conversation between Cpt Price, Laswell, and Gaz. Thought it was a nice little. Hidden dialog you could miss if just going through the motions.

The chopper gunner in MWII also has some unique animations. It's got one for if it gets shot down with bullets and one if it gets shot down with rockets

One for the mad max game is that if you get in the left side of the magnum opus too many times, chumbucket says he tests his faith in you being sent by the angels

Another detail in MW2 (2022) is that when you get the heli on multiplayer, there are two different cutscenes of the heli being shot down.

Here are some neat details for a new game I doubt anyone has suggested: Star Ocean 6: The Divine Force! There’s a minigame you can play against NPCs called Es’owa where you use all of the characters from previous Star Ocean games as pawns - but the best thing is you can equip them as accessories on your characters to help in battles. The neat detail is that every accessory’s effects is appropriate to the character, like Reimi having ailment resistance (she’s been genetically modified to withstand any illness), Shimada gaining extra FOL and flinch resistance (he’s a very large greedy corporate villain), Rena emitting healing waves on attacks (she’s a combat medic), Peppita gaining more items (she’s a money-driven dancing performer), Emerson granting piercing projectiles (he fights with a crossbow), Nel inflicting poison and narrowing enemy vision (she’s a rogue ninja) - I could go on forever! It’s cool having a minigame which lets you buff characters in battle, with actually appropriate effects that they grant you! As an extra detail: every character has three unique recorded lines for when you change the battle strategy in the stop menu. I’m not used to games doing that, and when they do it’s usually just the main character saying a single line like “let’s switch things up!” - not every single of the 10 characters having multiple lines for it! **ALSO** if this wasn’t cool enough, other party members will respond to the change in tactics, like Malkya responding with a “a wise strategy!” after Albaird says “target the same foe!”

I knew about those Mad Max details ever since my best friend showed me that game and eventually gave it to me to keep

Funny thing is the mexican wave is in Fifa 20 as well and not only when playing Mexico. It can happen in most international matches

I’m not the only one that noticed!!! The word color change is so cool and so minor that you wouldn’t notice! Shepards goes from Yellow to Red when he’s talking to price after the Prison Break. Showing how they weren’t sure to 100% bad

As for the last one, the same thing happens during the scene with Commander Sheppard video calling Price from the laptop. Sheppard's name changes from blue, to yellow to red.

Did you know that in God of War: Ragnarok if you look at the covers of the Kvaisr poems each one is a reference to another game. An example of this is a poem located in the Pitmines called Tool and Bang with a picture of Clank from Rocket and Clank. The poems within the books also seem to reference the plot in the games too.

Chum Bucket will say some funny lines if you keep getting into the car on the left hand side in Mad Max, I came across this because I'm an American and it was a habit to keep getting in that side instead of the right lol

With regards to the Max Max canon, I know that aside from the first film (which ‘really happened’ to start the legend of the Road Warrior) there is no real link. However, I can’t help feel that as George Miller had some input in the writing, this is actually a direct prequel to Fury Road as there is plenty that matches up.

The same MW2 detail regarding the color change of the subtitle happens again towards the end of the game. When on the phone call with Shepherd telling him he will be held accountable for his actions, his name changes to red when he dismisses the threat.

There’s also a cutscene later on in the campaign where Price is on a video call with Shepherd, Shepherd’s name is a neutral yellow up until he refuses to call Graves off where the same thing happens

9:24 the same thing happens in one of the last conversations between Sheperd and Captain Price! Sheperds name turn from yellow to red at one in the cutscene.

in Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath, the unit's voice lines change depending on what they're doing. For example with the "Sniper" unit, once damaged, the actual sniper will die. As a result, the spotter will instead speak, sounding distressed.

I found something that was hilarious in god of war ragnarok. When the squirrel at the tree tells you about the chime that you can hit with your axe if you keep on hitting the chime the squirrel freaks out at you for hitting it and the dialogue is hilarious.

In modern warfare 2, if you use the attack chopper kill streak where you pilot a chopper, there isn't just 1, but 2 shot down animations, one if it's shot down with a gun, and another if shot down with rockets

here's a little something I found out in the new game Rumbleverse, there is a weapon you can get called the "key bat" and i think its is a reference to the key blade from Kingdom Hearts

Btw max having the leg brace is a thing from pretty much the first movie towards the end of the first film max get his knee shot through the side and every movie from 2 through to fury road he has the leg brace on that leg

I'm not sure weather you have covered this, but in COD:MW 1 the mission after the nuke was used as an EMP over Washington, if you open the menu and look at the map it is all static, showing that the EMP has effected more than than what people thought. I thought it was really cool

For the record, when the gunship is shot down it doesn't lose gravity as it is still very much inside the atmosphere. What's happening is the gunship is falling out of the sky so the crew inside are being "left behind" as the AC-130 falls out from under them.

Still waiting for him to reference some obscure video game characters and maybe even notable cartoon characters.

Similar to the graves cutscene name change, watch the final scene with Shepard, and his goes from blue, to yellow due to the uncertainty of his actions and his blame, but as he digs deeper into his plan his name changes to red.

the name thing also happens with shepherd after the prison break mission. Shephersds name goes from yellow to red when he says to not go after graves

Shepherd's name also turns red when he mentions Graves as being a dog with a bone and highly suggests not taking it from him. And the Mad Max game and Fury Road are kinda connected as the villain of the game is related to Immortan Joe.

In the Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer,there is also 2 different shot down animations.One if you shoot the chopper down witha gun and one for the rockets launchers.

In MW2022, after the prison during the “Ghost Team” intro cinematic, when General Shepard is talking to you his name goes yellow then red. Also if you destroy the controlable chopper gunner with a rocket, it will be a different animation than shooting it down.

The Attack Helo in MW2 will have different death animations depending on if guns or missiles are used to down it

In The Punisher (2005) on the Stark industries level you can hear at the beggining two scientists talking about interdimensional aliens, one of the scientists is called "Dr. Freeman"

Have you covered the detail in RE8, that when using the LZ Answerer (lightsaber weapon) the only way to turn it into it's two handed form is just like how Darth Maul revealed his dual lightsaber in The Phantom Menace?

In MW2 when you capture el sin nombre and your interrogating her while she tells you about her time in the military for like 2 sentences he name changes to blue as she was still a teammate but as soon as they bring up that she turned so does her name

I noticed in watch dogs 2, when you look through a camera at Marcus he is blurred out, yet if you look at a random NPC they are normal.

Another pretty cool detail in MW2 kill streak you missed: the animation when shooting down a chopper gunner with regular bullets, results in the pilot being shot through the glass and the helo goes down, but when shot down with rockets, the helo will explode and the pilot will lose control and crash, really nice touch👌🏻

The subtitles changing colors in MW2 with Graves also happens with a certain general later on

In MW 2 (2022) there are other crash animations too like if you shoot down a chopper gunner or if you blow it up.

The Chopper Gunner in MWII actually has two different animations when shot down. If an explosive is used, the cockpit is filled with sparks and fire and the pilot is panicking and trying to control the helicopter, but if shot down with a bullet weapon, the cockpit windows are riddled with bullet holes and the pilot is dead, and there's no fire.

In the new mw2 after destroying the rocket in the boat mission Shepherd's dialog is like: Soap and Ghost thank you for you service and Graves head back to the base

In Fifa 23 (and even 22) if you score a goal with Anthony Martial (ManU) the crowd will sing “Tony martial scores again” And in MW2 if you shoot down a Killstreak every Killstreak will have its own tag when you shoot it down

You should cover the new GoW Ragnarok diologue when you ring Ratatoskr's chime too many times. It's great.

I’m MW2 the chopper gunner has 2 different shot down animations, one with bullets, the pilot is seen slumped over the controls and the cockpit riddled with bullets, and an explosive one where the pilot tries to regain control before it inevitably crashes. Oh and unlike in MW ‘19 if the VTOL gets shot down and lands on the enemy players it does kill them

The Copper Gunner has 2 animations 1 its Shut down by Bullets the pilot gets shot. 2 if the Copper Gets Shut down by Rockets you see the Copper Explode from inside the Copper Gunner

In overwatch 2 you can do karaoke in one of the maps (disco ball map) and you can hear every character have different dialogue every time you interact with it

In god of war ragnarok when you first learn about the chime to summon the squirrel right when you finish the practice throw and the squirrel is still there keep hitting the chimes and funny dialogues will play out this takes place outside the dwarves house in the realm between realms

Not sure if this detail was featured before. In Metal gear solid V the soldiers will salute the big boss when they see him, but they also salute the helicopter you leave on if they can see it even if its a good distance away.
