Alright for the people's that saffer on hiatus hernia: 1. Buy flexseed (hole one's not powder). Put two big spoons (not the small suger spoon, use that you eat soup) into the small pan and add water bit more then two mugs. Boil for 20 min until it will get kissel consistency. Strain the kissel from seeds in to the mug wait until its not to hot and slowly drinking, use the spoon to help yourself. Do that 30 min. before every meal. 2. Eat small portions more often. Avoid big dinner's. 3. After you wake up every day drink half glass warm boiled water. Let me know if that helps, hope it did 🤗

None of this is going to help. Hernia is a physical problem.

Dealing with this for a few years now. Had spinal surgery in 2013, immediate neurogenic bladder. Self cathing is a hassle, it wasn't bad at first but after a while I started getting regular UTIs despite trying to do it as sterile as possible. Only other way to empty bladder is to push with the diaphragm to contract the bladder. Apparently after a couple years of this, the diaphragm pushing down against everything else caused the hiatus to get bigger, allowing the stomach to expand upward.

But the doctors don't hav a proactive for surgery , until the symptoms comes hard and serious then he will decide for the surgery,

Why do I feel drunkness every time and the minut I eat 😥 it also feels like my upper stomach is swollen up in my liver side.. it all happends the minut I est. The doctors dont brlieve me 🤬😥 can't live like this 💔

Your stomach has lots of nerve cells and if irritated it can overwhelm your nervous system and give you the sensation of being drunk or lightheaded.

GERD is a symptom which can present as heartburn. A hiatal hernia is the anatomic problem, which CAN cause GERD. Hope that helps.

@@roryfarrell8569 i can share story of mine..i lost 30kg..i was in limbo, i dont know whats wrong with me..heck even the doctor dont know whats wrong with me..yes i have been diagnosed with sliding hiatal hernia, but doctor said, hiatal hernia wont cause weight loss i have been doing a lot of test. i mean an awfull alot of test...ranging from blood test, x-ray, ultra-sound to ct-scan, nothing wrong with me.. im convinced, its hiatal hernia all along..its started with ringging in my ear, than all of other problem follows..dont take hiatal hernia lightly

I got diagnosed with one last week Thursday, I've been off work since 23rd November feeling constantly sick, wanting to vomit plus having pain. I'm waiting for my GP to recommend a treatment plan. I know surgery in the UK privately is around £9500 😰
