It’s day 833 of completing and documenting a challenging workout every single day.
First half of video did not record for some reason today 🤔
Mobility work
Lower body focus
12 mins wall sits
Video speed: 15x
Baby: 17% of body weight
Vest: 25% of bodyweight
Dumbbells: 20% of bodyweight (each)
Sled: 70% of bodyweight
Barbell: 65% of bodyweight
I don’t share this to show you what I can do, I share this to give you an idea of what you are capable of.
My goals for this observational study:
-Cultivate consistency, discipline and mental toughness.
-Maximize longevity and healthspan.
-Reduce risk of injury as much as possible.
-Improve or maintain the athletic abilities I love for as long as possible.
-Maintain the greatest endurance ability possible for a human (safely and without destroying my body).
How it’s going so far:
-All goals accomplished.
-There is so much more to gain from the process than there is to gain from reaching goals.
-Maintaining these levels of discipline, consistency and mental toughness transfers to everything else in my life.
-I’ll stop when this no longer serves me.
