how long does it take you to complete a workout like this?
@HeySpecimenАй бұрын
@@nkktfirst The GoPro dies after about 1.5 hours on the time lapse setting, I try to keep most workouts under that. Overtraining does not serve my goal of a workout every single day. I often set a timer to work every minute on the minute in which case 600 push ups takes one hour (10reps every minute). These high rep workouts sometimes start out feeling easy but they don’t feel so easy near the end!

I can’t commit to documenting the recovery practices unfortunately, I often run out of storage space and battery life on the phone or GoPro. I have a fantastic playlist though, ‘the recovery’. It’s full of the videos I use to recover, promote blood flow, heal, create space, solve the issues from work or sitting too much, help my body absorb all the nutrients (I eat a lot), and most importantly - calm my nervous system in the evenings. The whole challenging workout every single day deal wouldn’t be possible without the recovery practice. And yes, warm up and cool down are a must!! 💪❤️

I have a pretty good idea of the caloric content of most food at this point, and I consume about 6000 a day. I’ll never really know the exact numbers though, or care. For this video I googled it. The secret is more effort allows me to eat more. I’m always in a calorie deficit because I do more. I probably should have made that more clear, but most people don’t want to hear it anyways! 😅🤙
