Dang Tuesday Morning. I used to buy a lot of Barbies there. Came in one day and said where are the Barbies? They said, “oh we’re not selling toys anymore.” I said, “that’s literally the only reason I ever shopped here.” 😢

Exactly. I remember the first time I walked into one and noticed the Silkstones and lot my mind.

Whoo hoo! We're going shopping with Daddy! I was so excited when I heard Toys'R'Us was coming to Macys and that turned out to be a joke. Here It always looks like a herd of elephants went through the department creating havoc everywhere and nobody wants to pick it up. Your Macys looked pretty good. Target is my go to if I am shopping in person. Most of the time I just order from Amazon and I have had good luck with getting non wonky dolls. Thanks for taking us with you. I learned of some new places I did not know carried dolls. Of course we must say goodbye to Tuesday Morning may the store forever live in our memories. Btw, you look fantastic in natural light.

We have Fred Meyer in Washington State as well, I always think it is like if you took a warehouse box store and throw a JC Penny’s inside it 😂 their toys are always five to ten dollars over normal retail and the sale price is the regular retail everywhere else

Yeah and then the “sales” are always just standard retail. Twice a year though Fred Meyer does a 50% off Barbie sale that’s fun and they often have stuff target and Walmart don’t

I really enjoyed the Barbie movie as well! I saw it with a friend, and we dressed up and brought our dolls with us. There were lots of people at the theater in pink and in costume, so it was super fun.

😂 America Ferrera... Woof! 💀 I think her doll would have benefitted by having fringe or a Farrah Faucet wave. I love her shoes and pink suit. I got her on discount at the Mattel store . You really made the rounds! I live in Canada, and we don't have half these stores, so it was cool to see another part of the world. I grew up in the 80s, and I have lots of fond memories of the malls. Besides going with my friends, I used to go clothes shopping with my mom, and I imagine my memories of that are the way some kids remember hunting or fishing with their dads. I hope we will always have some place to shop in person.

Oh heck yeah! My Walmart had them for $40 after Christmas and didn’t grab one and it would’ve been worth it for the furniture alone.

Luckily even with how big Boise is the population boom and everything there’s only like one mall mall still. The one in nampa died a while ago and the one in meridian is more of a promenade.

Kohls sucks I find better deals at Macy's. Always find good deals on lounge wear and outfits for work. Also picked up a mini fashion ball for $5 that matches a doll I was looking for a handbag for. I feel sorry for Roxie she's not a bad doll for what she's selling for now. She is redundant if you already have any of the Divas, though luckily, I don't have any of them.

Wow, your Kohl's is really nice compared to the one(s) in my city (i have only ever seen one Kohl's in Philadelphia). But that department store is dying a slow death, and Philadelphia has become Walmart/Target city.

The Kohls in my area now have really small toy sections too. I don’t think I’ve seen such a ginormous Walmart before! 😮 👏Yay the watch fits! 👏 It’s been so long since I’ve been to Best Buy-I didn’t know they sold toys! 😢 RIP Tuesday Morning 😢 I’ve never heard of Zurcher’s before 😅 OMG the Mystical Family costumes 😂 We only have Party City where I’m at. I’m glad you finally got the Arie Funko Pop and that Little Mermaid magazine looks amazing. I miss the real Toys R Us stores 😢 Glad you found the Dreamtopia Mermaid Barbie! Nostalgia for the Fred Meyer Playville! $10 for that mermaid fantasy Barbie??! Awesome!!! Oh that’s a creepy plush Arie! Poor Cave Club, I actually liked those dolls.
