Hey magical beings I deleted some comments this morning for bullying in abuse. If you saw those comments I apologize if they triggered you in any way shape or form. The main reason for deleting these comments was for the comments regarding my body and appearance after having a child. I do not tolerate body shaming or abuse such as that in this community in any way shape or form. They had some other points claiming I was an abuser for not being vegan and for not living a certain lifestyle etc. I want to be transparent with all of you when removing comments. I have no reason to be shy towards criticism or conversations regarding serious topics but in order to keep this a safe environment for all I have chosen to remove those comments. The minute body shaming and abuse is involved I will draw the line. Thank you all for your understanding and if you have any more questions my DMs are always open on insta!

This was a great, informational video. What a shame people have nothing better to do than be negative. I always enjoy your videos. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!

I realized that I took a hit when i experienced an ice cold hand grabbing my ankles in sleep paralysis early into my practice. Thanks for the insight reguarding my Euro-ancestry friends 🫡.
