I don‘t understand why they won‘t put in some sort of attunement buff for all healers so that raiding and m+ can be tuned separately by just adjusting that buff giving or taking some % healing

it's going to be RWF meta, like it has been for every season since legion. Testing was done at 597ilvl, imagine a healer that is already bursting 300-400k dps at 597, at 610+ in the hands of world first raiders on a profile that fits mythic raid better with the burst windows/burst healing, they're not going to be able to avoid taking a class dealing that much.

Raid: resto druid needs a increase to HPS & less base Mana cost of spells. I don't want to have to farm a Mana Regen trinket from time walking again. Blizzard should adjust the base Mana cost of resto druid spells.

What you're suggesting would make resto druid even more ridiculously broken in M+ though, where they never go oom and the hps is insane. Honestly after the rdruid terror we've had for two seasons now I wouldn't mind the entire spec being dead for a few seasons. Fekk em.

@@Perk4475 Rdruids going oom in M+ isn't a thing, you can legit Shadowmeld drink if you're a nelf and you aren't suppose to go oom unless you regrowth spam from the dummies standing in the bad. making them not so mana hungry in raid wouldn't change anything but lower the skill cap for bad rdruids in M+, the spec shouldn't be going oom in M+ with grove guardians and double bloom build in the first place. having them not be shit in raid, as a spec that hasn't been highly desired for mythic raiding would be nice for a change, they shouldn't hinder the spec in raid because of how decent it is at 5man HPS.

Every healer is supposed to have a weakness.. Rdruids weakness is they can’t spam heals because they have no mana regen abilities.. it’s practically rdruids only weakness since they have mass heals, tank heals, mobile healing, damage reduction, and short CD’s. Resto druids are the best in M+ and worst in raid, sorry that’s your tradeoff 🤷‍♂️

Heroic raiders hanging off of HPS sims like they're the only thing that matters is kinda dumb. Testing was done at 597ilvl. Mythic raiders doing splits and M+ spam will be 610+ very quickly, even most heroic prog groups will be over what is basically M0 ilvl very quickly unless your group just raid logs. Specs like Disc/Hpal/MW will actually scale with more ilvl, not only in HPS but in the DPS they can add without losing any HPS, which has always given them more value in progression. Disc bursting for 300-400k dps at 597, holding the highestDPS overalls for healers atm, now imagine that in coordinated hangs of a RWF raider at 610+ ilvl where the insane 3M HPS burst fits coordinated groups better. MW/Hpal will likely be tuned before launch or they'll definitely be the things to play for mythic or heroic prog, they can add damage without losing HPS and are just currently pumping HPS. everything eles is viable for heroic prog, the only thing that changes in meta might be less willingness to stack priest in Mythic raid which was DF's thing, where you had two priest that could double disc/holy, or just be a holy and disc, Priest was a very stackable class with Pis, Symbol of hope, decent HPS, and double disc fights.

same with mw mana, the spec is not allowed to have mana.

As usual disc "looks awful" but barring some plague that sweeps the earth taking out every single capable disc priest then you will see them played in RWF. Dont be one of those bots that sees Holy outperform Disc in heroic raiding content and then extend that sentiment to Mythic He even gave yall the proof in the pudding, just look at the burst healing graphs and then rewind a few seconds and look at the the other healers and observe they 2x other healer bursts(their best cooldowns1!11!!!). Now kick it up a notch and add 15-25 ilvs -> add other power creep and now we're back to the chad disc priest who single-handedly covers damage windows instead of assigning 2 healers to one window Blizz has to tread carefully as usual with this spec otherwise shits gonna get nutty again...ohh and OP forgot to show DPS charts shame shame shame
