Anyone who's been watching Grian's videos should have known. When he set the trap for Keralis, he said he wasn't going to upload the video until he knew whether Keralis had died in it or not. He wouldn't show the trap he set for Doc while there was still a possibility it could kill him, which means the lava box was never going to be the real trap.

I mean it's barely bait if he had no chance to stop it. Bait and switch would involve doc setting off the real trap while attempting to disarm the first. As it happened he died instantly. Grian could have just as easily set up the TNT in his original video and the outcome would be the same. It was a fun little trick to play though.

At this point in time, are we still shocked Grian was able to pull this off? Sure, Grian may lack some modern minecraft skills (with him being in the EVO server for too long), but that guy is THE MASTER PRANKSTER. Dr.Pickle yeah I agree! It’s a lot more fun without them knowing what’s coming! I kinda stick to one youtuber or two youtuber on hermitcraft, so that it’s a surprise for me too when something exciting happens.

I really appreciate the fact that you didn't make us feel like idiots. Lots of hermits let themselves die easily. Some willingly walked into places where they knew could die without having the slightest care while others just gave up once they fell in even though they could of easily survived.
