Fashion photographer gets you rich fast (if you do it right and work a lot) . You also get to travel a lot and be creative. I made a whole pirate ship once in sulani and dressed the model as a pirate, also went on a trip to do a Indiana Jones shoot in selvadorada. Siriously, my advice is to find a muse and move them in. So you can prepare them in cas and do crazy shoots all over.

Submit more than one photo per gig so that you'll have multiple approved photos in your inventory. Then for the NEXT gig, you can publish one of those to complete the gig. Kinda cheaty, but it's in the game!

Being immortal is one final last blow to Sydney from Reginald in his attempts to one-up him. “Oh you got a house? Reginald probably was kicking himself that Ava had a beautiful wedding at her family home and is using Addison’s wedding as a means to flex on them again. “Oh that wedding at your family home was lovely Ava! Well how about we throw our children’s wedding at _my_ family home that’s much bigger and has both an onsen and a hot tub?” 😂

The "I found a ring in their bag" popup will set your sims to Engaged, it doesn't marry them while you're not there. Also if you are trying to take a picture of someone and can't it means they are in the process of leaving; if you Ask to Hang Out it should then let you take a picture of them.

You can 'take picture' of 1-3 sims on a subject mark. The limit of 3 is real bad for family photos of more sims, so what I do then is placing more subject marks and asking more sims to pose and take photo of technically only 3 of them, but they are all in the shot. It's just a roll for good faces. Them having some calm friendy chat with each other helps a bit. So that's something you can experiment with.

I love playing rags to riches but always get bored when you reach the point that you're rich. I love that we're starting again with Brianne!

I played a fashion photographer and her "model" roommate, who was her muse and subject to all the photos. Having then both together madre work easier. Also, tons of sexy drama.

It might be cool later when Breanne starts to put up those street photos she took in her warehouse studio, imagine the whole wall with photos, it's cool!!

You should have brianne do the friend of the work aspiration since she’ll do it quick with her street photography, then she’ll have lots of points and then her relationships won’t decay so she won’t constantly be sad from losing friends

James you did actually delete the photo that the client approved. It only showed 4 photos in the stack in your inventory because you listed the fifth one on Plopsy so it takes it out of that stack. Nobody else is commenting this, so I really hope he sees this.

I'd LOVE to see you create an actual beautiful cemetery lot for the Bigwallet family. Maybe make some custom content signs to put on the graves of whos who. That's my dream 😄 Edit: yes I know there is a bigwallet grave but I mean a park or something converted into a cemetery. Thats decorated and designed.

Soo... Addison's Daddies gave him a restaurant, but Breanne has to earn the money for the building she wants. Guess we know who's Daddies favorite.

I think there is a curved corner piece for the backdrop so if you put it on the opposite wall you can have it curve around and not get doors and windows in the shot. Also you can choose different backgrounds. It's been a while so I'm probably not remembering correctly lol. You should do a photo shoot with Vlad and Agnes looking mean together. ETA Every time James cancels the welcome party and then wonders why his neighbors all hate him. 🤣🤣🤣

Brianne: Ugh being independent is so hard. First my camera gets stolen and now my own sibling won't take my order.

Apparently that "bla bla bla" interaction is friendly, but they do it SO much and I'm over it! I do like the new guy, though! He's just a bit socially anxious with the paranoid and loner traits I think.

Don’t want to repeat comments but couldn’t find this suggestion- keep the multiple subject markers and ask each sim to pose then select the “take pictures of sims on markers” option! It’ll allow you to take better group photos. Loved the episode and chaos!

It wasn't even stolen by a sim, it was because he went into CAS and reset the square. Notice that the busking station and the food stalls disappeared as well.

I usually see the greyed out furnished option in my game when I've been playing a save for a very long time. If I go into build mode and add a new object (price doesn't seem to matter, so any object) to the apartment, I can choose the furnished option again when I go to move my sim. Not sure why that happens!

That usually happens when the last Sim that stayed in the household has passed away. So, if you get your Sim to visit that lot, it will reset the lot and it will be furnished again when you move in your Sim. That's another option that worked for me. I learned today that we can reset the lot via build mode too, so thanks! :)

You should make the main room a bedsit type room. Maybe use the Murphy bed and then make the bedroom the studio.

love this!!! it would have been so cool if she had brought some things from her room at home to save money like some people do in real life!! (maybe you do this but i'm only 8 mins in hehe) Then her apartment would feel a bit more homey for her. either way love it mr jamz!!!

I'm having lots of fun imagining Regie and Kevin as the two immortal work out addicts in their big house full of gym equipment. Guess they'll never get bored! Also, with Breanne's new job, she reminds me even more of Lady Bigwallet who used to have models for her paintings and photo shoots!

Why couldn't Brianne take a couple of furniture pieces from her father's house? Like the bed, dresser, and mirror. Gee, you give Addison a restaurant, and Brianne gets squat. Besides, you could use TOOL to change the windows and doors. Plus, the Pastel Pop kit has a lot of good pieces that will make that apartment look less depressing. But hey, at least she is working it and one day she will be more famous than Addison. Just make sure she doesn't go looking for UFOs.

it’s been a while since i last played sims so feel free to correct me if i’m wrong but i think breanne’s approved photo for the gig was part of the stack of four that you sold in the inventory, one was listed on plopsy which made the stack appear as four instead of five.

James, you can sell the outfits in Breanne's inventory. And i love Breanne and Kirk.

I'm not sure if it makes sense timeline-wise, but I feel that Hazel and Breanne would be good friends

I should really share the amazing loft I created for photography because you don’t realize how much you can do if you have all the packs. You can use items from get famous and acting to make amazing backdrops with special effects in the photos. I did a flower garden with flower wall on the patio. You can also purchase it as a retail lot and sell the photos in a gallery portion separate from the studio. Oh and the mark they stand on can be used with paint from reference to get your sims to easily paint other sims. I did set up a gallery retail lot for paintings too but there’s no reason the paint from reference wouldn’t work to paint using the same backdrops from photos. It does take some trial and error to get things lined up as desired but it’s fun! Now I want to build a new ultimate studio lot

I think Brianne should meet an attractive gardener who becomes her muse...

It’s because the last sim in the household died. That’s what generates the glitch where the furniture is both there and not there. But yeah editing the lot in build buy before moving in fixes it.

I love the fashion photographer career. I had the large backdrop with the moving pictures, and also the "projector thing" from get famous which adds effects like bubbles or falling leaves to a set. I then would change the lighting, their clothes and just play around with angles. I then created a whole photo gallery with all my pictures. It looks so cool up on the wall with different styles, colours. It's so much fun creating wild and wacky looks.

Apartments should be coming with the minimum that stays with the place, like counters, shower, toilet etc

Kirk seems like a great guy and those matching outfits! Hello?! That's a sign if I ever saw one! They complement each other, she is the outgoing and social one and he is the more shy awesome partner to have her back!

I think Reginald and Kevin would help Brianne set up her apartment! Like, Addison got a whole restaurant! Maybe Brianne didn't want to get all from her dads but they would be like "ok we are not buying you your house BUT we are making sure you apartment is all good" so she has a nice apartment and cool decorations and stuff (like her old bedroom!)

Maybe Brianne could move to a larger apartment with other "model" roommates to help with gigs and money too. And then move to the factory when they earn enough money to buy and start renovating it, I see Brianne too fashionista to live on a run down old factory with cracks.

15:38 I play with this pack & fashion photography a ton so here are some helpful tips: For group photos: use the ‘fashion subject mark’ per sim in the photos. You can ask each sim to ‘pose’ and they will stay there for about ~1 hour in game, allowing you to take multiple rounds of photos. Only up to 3 sims (meaning 3 subject marks as well) If you need to have sims change outfits, interact with them BEFORE asking them to pose, as they will stop posing & you will have to ask again. I typically ask friends to pose, never really use the hire function, as it’s just normal sims that you now have to pay

i feel like this should be a separate series like briannes life or something like that because its getting a little overwhelming with so many parts and that would also help in having more people interested in it!

I think Kirk would be a great fit for Brianne, even as just a roommate. A loner/paranoid person sounds like someone who would want to live in a factory and you would have someone always around to take photos of. Also, for a townie he has some good style. Maybe they can be friends who live together and the relationship blossoms slowly over time, since her brother is going to be living the married life soon it would give variety.

Love that we never figured out what we wanna do with the old playroom. Maybe Reggie and Kevin are REALLY hoping for grandkids. Also the 'blah bl-blah' thing is from do an impression of in the Funny socials I'm pretty sure, so he's probably not doing it AT Brianne. He's supposedly imitating somebody not present, probably a celebrity as everyone seems to know them. Maybe it's even Thorne Bailey. It'd say that impression would be spot on in that case.

I think it would be really fun for Brienne to be a destination photographer and to also just sell lots of photos from her inventory, while still picking up freelance gigs. I think that would be the quickest way to earn money for the warehouse

😂😂😂 Get the curved backdrop as you can change the scenary. I never use the marks on the ground (you dont actually need them ) and the sims still stand where the need to be when you use the tripod. Create a club of models so you can easily have them turn up for a meeting... take them to the pool or sulani for swimwear pictures... take them to clubs for party wear photos etc ... location shoots are so much more fun (and chaotic) Using celebs as models gets pictures easily approved. Love this lets play ! So much fun.

That photography career had a learning curve for me. I ended up buying multiple marks and using move objects to get them close enough for the group shots. But the gigs pay well, they go from very little to thousands pretty quickly. It's only annoying because everyone ends up as your friend and call all the time, but the skill goes up quickly

This series is so fun!

I use Moschino in every household, haven't played with the career in awhile but it is one of my most used packs. I love frames it came with as well, there a little collage one & digital frames that play a selection of photos. Super helpful for someone like me who takes lots of family photos but does have much wall space for them lol

If sims are leaving the lot, you can't take photos of them. You can either reset them or ask them to hang out to get them to stay.
