Hey just wanted to let you know a couple of things if you're open to suggestions. By no means do you have to conform to what I say here, it's just a tip if you're struggling with raids, since both of these in one way or another reduce your colony wealth, which reduces the size of the raids. I really like the freedom that we have as players in rimworld, so if you prefer not doing these things you don't have to, just giving you some tips. I) When building indoor floors, it's almost never a good idea to build them out of stone. Each stone tile floor increases your wealth by $8, and takes 4 stone, if you instead use concrete, which increases your colony wealth by $2.3 per floor, and put the marble towards making sculptures, you'll get a way better ratio of beauty/wealth. You can also take into account that each steel on the map increases your wealth by $1.9, so you're really only increasing your wealth by $0.4 per floor. II) Barns really aren't all that necessary, they provide a heated place (if you put a heater in them), which you don't need other than in extreme cases, you can store kibble in them but you can also store kibble in shelves outside without deterioration. The only real use they have is the fact that you can make them clean, which reduces the chance of getting an infection if your animal is hurt, but since animals gain immunities quicker than pawns, it's also not that necessary. Exactly. When it comes to pens, 1 tile of farmland is worth more than 10 spaces of stone since it can grow grass.

Algorithm's doing okay, I'm a regular francis john viewer and I imagine that's why I got this in my feed. Allow me to make a suggestion. Respond to fj's videos. Take some of the stuff he does VERY FAST with Numbers mod and break down how you get numbers to show you that, and why you might want that. Break down pathing between diagonals and doors. Explain double doors vs. single doors, and how your fridge should work. Include a little bit of sardonic naming to engage your audience.
