I have to pay an $100 bucks for a garage at my apartment, its the best $100 bucks I spend every month even if I dont use it that month. I Cant wait to get my first house with the garage and the drive-way as the main focal point of the decision.

Not just HOA, there could also be local ordinances about inoperable vehicles on his property. And if you have one of those neighbors, code enforcement will be called out regularly.

I should be fine. All the neighbors are cool and I don't intend on being a jerk to anyone. Keeping the outside cars covered and keeping running ones in the garage. There's an HOA, but it's not strict at all.

Congrats Tav. You probably already know by now, the HOA thing isn't going to work for what you do. They're always nice in the beginning, the to have someone paying HOA fees. Flip that house,the first chance you get and go as far south east as you can get . I'm sure you've gotten some f you Yank treatment by now. The central & north west coast of Florida still has a bad taste in thier mouths about the civil war, but thier sneaky ( won't tell you to your face) about it . .

You have AC/furnace in the garage and ductwork, and you want to put portable unit in there? Just punch a exaust&return (put some filter over the return) in the ductwork to feed portion of the cold air in the garage (after you seal the garge with decent door install)...way simpler.

S class is meant to tow as well as CL exactly 2100kg, but it's designated tow hitch. You should install the afermarket one in the same way.

19 hours is normal time to drive from NJ to FL. I once drove almost nonstop from Orlando to East Orange NJ in 15 hours. You could never make in in 16 hours with a trailer.

I can't deal with bugs anymore!! I moved from Michigan to Vegas and compared to Michigan Vegas has almost no bugs!! In Vegas you often see houses with glass walls that open up to the outside with no screens because of the lack of bugs.

Now that you are down south, you NEED to get a convertible! Better yet, get a Black late 70's Trans Am with T-tops and the screaming chicken on the hood and go all Smokey & the Bandit!

As I posted under the other Video: In Germany we attach the tow hitch to the side rails of the car. This prevents the car from bending like your did! and allowes you to pull 4650pounds without a problem ;)

the tow hitch did attach to the strongest part of the car, but there wasn't anything available that allowed it to tow more than 2500lbs. When I was in Germany, I saw Polos towing trailers like mine with no problem.

Tavarish its the vertical tongue weight that's the problem here not the towed weight. You loaded the weight in the trailer biased too far forward.

APiDA Online I have seen others that state that they are only rated for attachments like bike racks or luggage carriers. What's the difference? I hope that Harbor Freight is correct about this.

The difference is that HF, which is where I bought it, says that it's perfectly fine for towing, which it was. The people saying that they're rated for bike racks have no idea what they're talking about.

I was just curios. So Florida homes are not as dirt cheap as I see advertised in newspapers for Canadian investors. They are probably ghetto neighbourhoods, that area looks nice. In the GTA, where I am 500k is a small house in a so so area. If I didn't have a good job I'd move to Florida. No cold winter!!
