Putting your kids in public schools is like sending toddlers to the front lines of a war. Children are supposed to be protected until they're strong enough to stand on their own.

Agreed. Christians need to be very mindful that public school is no longer a complement to our Christian homes. However, the church needs to realize that homeschool and private school isn't always an option for many parents. I think we need to be part of the solution for that. How many churches sit empty during the week that could easily be converted to schools of some sort? If we're truly concerned, we need to provide a rescue plan.

You must keep in mind. That most households require at least 2-3 real incomes to stay afloat. With that Parents have to find the most affordable and convenient schools for their kids. Since Private Schools can be costly. And most parents have no time to home-school their children. And Public School is where students learn about the Real World they are about to enter.

@@jstube36 I never said they did. I said they were a complement to the Chrisitan home. The school, the family, and the church used to be allies. All viewing each other a good for the child and preparing citizens. Today the school vilifies both the church (religion or tradition) and the family.

This is why my wife and I homeschool our kids. I know it isn't possible for everyone, but I would do everything in my power, move to another state, live in a smaller home, to protect the minds of my kids from the hands of the devil.

If your going to homeschool. I recommend using a mix of school of tomorrow and the pace system both have great quality curriculum and a Christian viewpoint. Don’t leave out eschatology. I recently studied it and it has a very positive impact on the Christian walk. To balance it study the promises God has for his children now and into eternity.

I appreciate this. I have been shamed by other Christians for putting my kids in Christian school. We are not wealthy or arrogant, but that is generally the thought process we get back. It is a sacrifice that I believe is necessary. They say the same thing, my kids are a light. Unfortunately, the youth are being influenced by the school, not the other way around in most cases.

I give God all the glory and honor worshipping him being so blessed that he allowed me to come across your messages of biblical truth. Praise God for Ken's knowledge and understanding of Genesis, but, and yes, there is a but, parents cannot put salt into their children. Parents, church, pastors, evangelists, etc, can point to the Word of God but it is the Holy Spirit conviction of sin that leads to someone becoming a Christian by being born again. One in darkness, who is darkness cannot 'think' their way into being a Christian. The Bible is 100% clear, one must 'receive Jesus Christ'.

I think a lot about how we might define the word sin and not just describe it or its consequence . It's not necessary to do so for Christians - but for those who don't know the love of Jesus . I think that words are almost alive in their capacity to create connection or disconnection .

The foundation for faith and learning is set at HOME by the parents. It is our duty to cleanse our children’s minds from the filth they are exposed to, not just at school but in society. You can’t put them in a little box and safeguard them from this sinful world, you must teach them the truth so that they can critically analyse and question things themselves.

Young people are more and more walking away from Christianity and more and more walking towards the true teachings of Jesus--all are equal, all are included, love your neighbor as yourself, and be kind to everyone. Thank God that there is a humane secular teaching in our time that can subscribe to the Words of Jesus more than the narrow-minded Christian leaders so many of us have had to endure.

We homeschooled our kids the first year it was legal in our state. We also had them attend public school. All kids are different as well as many situations. To declare that any one system is the one and only "Christian" path is presumptuous.

Learning the armour of God Stand your ground. We do that with our God, by obeying Him. For those who choose to stay where they are then it is so very important to know a few things. Good men must stand and refuse to back down, do not bow; stand up in the day of our Lord. Knowing the Christian God. We first must remember God is three, yet One. We have God The Father, God The Son, and God the Holy Ghost. If we only obey one of them, then we miss the mark. Everything that gets done is between you and the God you are serving. One doesn't need to display what they do in public until they are armed and ready. When God gave us His Word, we received The Ten Commandments, if we obeyed Him in Deut. 6:8-9. Trying to do all we can from what His directions teach us. No one can do it all, these instructions were given to a nation. But just as one can't keep all the laws of U.S.A. as an individual, we each try to do our part. Our Founding Fathers started this work, and we must finish it. Deut.6:8-9 is the beginning of our armour. So now we have our Ten Commandments. The Prophets teach us how to apply many of the laws, statutes, judgments and charges. As well they teach further on the armour. In the New Testament we learn about The Son of God. Jesus was able to do what He did because He was obedient to The Father, and The Father was able to work through Him. But then Jesus spoke upon the mount just as His Father had done. He then told us that if we love Him to keep His word, sending us back to Deut.6:8-9 to see how Jesus did it. And if we do that we would all learn how to "keep" His word. We would wear it just as He did His Father's. So now we have The Sermon on the Mount. Two witnesses that we have obeyed God. If Jesus' word is love, then so is The Father's and now we walk in the love of The Father and The Son. Let's go back to Proverb and notice where we are told to "keep" Commandments and forsake not the law of your Mother. That takes us back to our Founding Fathers and the work they put in. So we learn also to "keep" the docs. that they established to get this "land of God" started. Okay, so where are we to put all the love we have found? Remember back in the Prophets we are told to make us a new heart and put a new spirit in it? People now a days would call it an amulet. How many times are we told that man's heart is evil continually? May we now look closely at the cross. Who is this Man that they hung there and why do we have to see it? It is said that the law hung on the cross, so now we don't have to "keep" it anymore. If that is true, then we need to see The Father's Ten Commandments there. Can it be proved? In John we are told that Jesus is The Word. What Word? Could it be The Word spoken upon the mount with the breath of God? Or maybe The Word God wrote with His own finger? Or The Word God made flesh? God poured out His heart when He gave us the Ten Commandments, for from the heart the mouth speaks. He wrote those Ten Commandments for a covenant for all mankind. Then He made the Ten Commandments flesh to lead us the way and to unite us to God, becoming our Saviour. Notice also that when we repented, what God did to our heart. He wrote His law upon our heart as a calling, His hope is that the seed He planted would grow. We call that Seed Jesus. The Seed of life from the Tree of life. So God gave His Heart, His mind and His soul. He asked no more of you. To finish our armour we must go the the apostles, for now we know what truth is and can apply the rest as instructed by them. There is so much that can be said, and so much that we have to do. So if you are retired, out of work, bored, whatever, why don't we get to work? Is our work from the world or from God or both. By our work we multiply, we build, we spread the gospel with preachers, singers, speakers etc.. God shows us how to further the work by keeping both the way of The Father and The Son, for many of us are not preachers, speakers or singers. He is ready to move to fight, and to show us the grace and mercy to those who love Him and keep His Commandments. Dress you and yours in The Lord. Follow the Holy Bible, not any traditional religion.

Truly. The number of people who believe in Ken's distorted version of Christianity is heartbreaking. Ken's science denial leads others to believe in a flat Earth and deny man influenced climate change.

Those that reject God's word will be sent a strong delusion and will be blinded from the truth. Science will not save your soul. Jesus is the only way, truth and life.Your choice.

Btw gog and Magog is ramping up so if you want to follow the devil have fun with your final moments of this age because my God is pissed off at what humanity is doing and they have plenty of resources to know the Bible, but are purposely ignoring it. You are without excuse my friend and there’s a fast approaching tribulation that if you don’t know Chris as savior you will be going through it. If you accept him have the rapture you’ll have a much harder time as a Christian at that point. I recommend that you look into what the true bible teaches. KJV, NSV, NKJV. even better if you understand koine Greek and Hebrew.

@@ZombieXee Perspective is a funny thing. Affirming God's word isn't distorting Christianity. Adding/infusing alien ideas into the Bible....like Bio-Logos or Reasons to Believe....distorts Christianity. Imagine pursuing Christ, and then being told....oh well there was no actual creation account, Adam and Eve really didn't exist, there was no actual garden or "fall" into sin, there was no global flood or babel. But the rest of it is true, and trust in Jesus for your sins. If you render the opening parts of the Bible untrue, the rest crumbles. Lest we forget that Jesus affirmed the history in Genesis. There's no reputable creationist ministry (ICR, CMI, AIG etc) that supports or promotes a flat earth. There's several articles on their websites against that. You're using a straw man argument. When only one point of view is seriously funded, and any research that disagrees with the narrative of "climate change," is demonized we've ceased being scientific and have entered the realm of politics. Today it's nearly a cult with the most devout damaging great art with the message...."just stop oil." We need to remember that the earth has cooled and warmed well before the industrial revolution. Even after that time.

Really wonderfully ,so true and so needed to teach these things to adults and children. The only thing needs to be explained is at the 47 to approx 50 min. Markers. He is teaching a flash teaching about the sin and the nature of Christian. HE says we keep it all our life. I don't find that to be true in scripture.. totally false on all levels. Love what answers in genesis is doing. Except I believe they are hurting themselves by not letting people that we are way more blessed by the blood of christ, than he is teaching in this small segment Or time frame I marked in this note.. lord bless all who are helping in this project..❤

Ken, here's a question for you. If atheists think that modern humans have been around for a hundred thousand years, why are all the races of the world still so distinct? If you assume that humans have always travelled, how come Europeans still look European, and Africans look African, and Asians look Asian? I mean, Europe and Africa is barely separated by the Mediterranean, yet the ethnicities look vastly different on both sides of the ocean. Why don't atheists ever talk about this?

What it means when the Bible says the Husband is the head of the wife, it means positionally. When it says wives submit to your husbands, it means wives should submit to the authority of their husbands. Like we submit to God's authority. Like children submit to the parents. The verse that says submit one to another is talking about Christians in general or the church in general. Christians should submit to one another and follow Christ's example, but this verse does not refer to husbands and wives beyond what we're all called to do. Remember, part of the old marriage vows the woman says 'honor and obey' -- that's just what it means and is biblical. I really wish Christians would stop trying to 'soft-soap' the parts of the Bible they're hoping won't offend a certain group. The Bible says what it says, what the Lord imparted to the Authors.

The truth can set you free but atheism isn't freedom. I am writing a book that 100% DEFINITIVELY proves evolution impossible. The SCIENTIFIC evidence is VASTLY OVERWHELMING! I am also writing a book that discuses the Big Bang. Again, Science can 100% prove that it couldn't have happened as Einstein stated. Also, any modern derivative can also be proven wrong. The conclusion is one of the following. Either it was God, or there was some kind of intelligent had involved. Since Big Band is slowly going down the toilet, there is new additions. The latest, The universe started from NOTHING. HUH, Yes NOTHING. The Big Bang coalesced into the size of a pin head, with BILLIONS of degrees heat, and nearly infinite pressure then, erupted. The eruption produced a cloud the size of the universe. Then, they claim the clouds coalesced and formed to make everything in the universe. I won't get into the specifics. It is too lengthy. Simply put. Something doesn't come from nothing. The Laws of science and universe; Clouds don't spontaneously produce, Gold, Platinum, Uranium, Earths, planets. If that was possible, everyone would be producing gold and every valuable substance of value. Big bang didn't happen as Einstein proposed. I don't believe in Magic. At the Magic Castle in Los Angeles, they don't do "MAGIC", they do slight of hand very carefully so the audience doesn't see the facts. Big Bang as proposed, is MAGIC. And, the slight of hand was GOD.

There was a version of the New International bible back in the 80's that had this frase "sinful nature " and what should have been used and has been corrected now is the word "flesh" from the Greek word "Sarx." Why is this such a big deal? Well, we as Christians don't have two natures, a partaker of the divine nature and a sin nature. No, the unsaved have a sin nature, but we don't! No, we can either walk by the flesh or walk by the Spirit. Big difference!
