I am an African American curly haired girl living in Germany and discovered yesterday (during hair washing) that I am COMPLETELY out of deep conditioner. My friends from the States visited a couple weeks ago and brought me a plethora of products I asked for, but I didn't know I was low on deep conditioner. In desperation I googled "finding curly hair products in Europe" and your video came up. Since then I have registered on Zara and have created a shopping list. Thank you SO MUCH for posting this video. You saved my (hair) life!!! I am so appreciative!

I also order from BBZ. Another option I sometimes use (if BBZ is out of stock, or doesn't offer some products) is Lumibeauty from Belgium. They are slightly more expensive, but have some products (eg. DevaCurl Volumizing foam, Beautifull mess, Decadence Leave-in, ...) that BBZ unfortunately doesn't offer (yet). Their shipping is actually cheaper than BBZ for me, and they also have a small discount on your next purchase (fidelity points) I am from Slovenia. Love your hair and your videos!!! Hugs xxx

Did you receive everything in a good condition? Lumibeauty has some really bad reviews so I am hesitent ordering from them....

Mag ik vragen wat je betaald hebt aan verzendkosten? Ik was afgelopen maandag in Londen en dacht lekker in te kunnen slaan bij beauty by zara maar het blijkt dat de online producten niet allemaal verkrijgbaar zijn in de winkels, zoals het merk Qhemet. Moet nu dus alsnog online bestellen.

It's horrible! Ordering from the devacurl website I have to pay around €150 total, but ordering in the Netherlands one low-poo takes up half that price. It is horrible. You'd be better off going on vacation to the US with an empty suitcase.

I could be wrong but I believe from the colour of her roots and brows she is naturally a dark ash blonde. That colour tends to be easier to lift to the light blondes and rarely have the orange or warm tones afterwords.
