We do not use guns for hunting. We use them for self defense. We do not am for the head or the heart but to disarm and immobilize.
I moved to San Antonio in 1992 expecting my career would make me relocated in three years tops. Will be in the same house 30 years in June 2023. Need to tell folks about fire ants. Still see some in the yard after a rain. You can reduce the numbers but they never go away.

My least favorite thing about moving to San Antonio is the narrow roads. I can't believe how thin these roads are. It's insane.
@vivasanantonio347
Жыл бұрын
Yeah, especially on some of these back roads! Be careful out there!
Somewhere on my list would be: 1) Petty crime, theft, and homeless, and 2) Plenty of multi-lane interstates but always a slow poke in the left (passing) lane. On the other hand, we can think of plenty of reasons to move TO San Antonio. There's a community for us whatever our price range.
@vivasanantonio347
Жыл бұрын
Those are some good reasons as well. Especially the slow pokes!! 😅 May be I'll include in my next video. Thanks for the comment.
As a liberal unorthodox Jew who moved here from Washington, San Antonio has a huge Jewish community. I love the diversity of all different backgrounds. You’re correct San Antonio is light blue meanwhile ATX is dark blue.

One thing that is never spoken about is the Texan attitude. I have been in central Texas for 10 years; moved from upper midwest. I have found that Texans are very opinionated and will NOT change their minds.
@vivasanantonio347
Жыл бұрын
In my opinion I think Texans are the most well mannered people anywhere around and welcome people with open arms who move here just as long as they don't come in trying to change thing's around because then they will definitely be opinionated and speak up for what they believe in.

Are the snakes really that bad? some people have said they've never seen snakes. That's my biggest phobia but I need to get out of the frozen tundra.
@vivasanantonio347
Жыл бұрын
Great question! Honestly, no there not that bad. Most of the snakes you’ll probably see will be out in the country area, in wooded area’s, near water or in secluded places. If you are planning to move here I would love to help you find the least snake free home! 😊 🏠 so you can get away from living in the cold and enjoy some sun! ☀️
5:36 OK no. We have a Etiquette system here. You should look that up first. We treat people with respect here. An that includes not wearing hats indoors or defaming Beef.
Big cities tend to be more blue. Exurbs and rural areas are a red paradise, even it means voting against their own interest.

Hi. I have a option to work in Plano or San Antonio. If you were in my shoes, where would you go?
@vivasanantonio347
Жыл бұрын
Hello! Well I have never lived or worked in Plano, TX before, so I’m a little biased to San Antonio. 😊 I would imagine it will come down to a few factors like your lifestyle, family needs, and opportunity for career growth. Not sure your line of work, but San Antonio is way bigger than Plano, so SA has a lot to offer from homes to careers to top schools in Texas. If you want to know more about housing industry and areas in San Antonio just let me know and we can discuss.

5:10 OK another miss conception. We do not have Religion here. We KNOW of God not believe. Believing in God insinuates that hes is a myth. So we do not go to Church. Churches are only use to give tidings to to hand out food. You also are only suppose to go to Church on the Sabbath which is Saturday an we don't do that all the time. Its a day off. Even for the priest.

Good luck with that, with influx of people from outside texas moving to San Antonio the city has progressively becomes liberal the past 20 years. It a good balance of red and blue to help with diversity, growth and creates a balanced inclusive city.
