I see this way too often in my workplace and it drives me crazy.😢
It's kind of like what we are instinctively drives our emotions, thus thoughts and actions. You can't repress what we are instinctively with a construct of who we are, that creates psychological repression and neurosis.
It's not what either does, it how they do it. Women think they can manipulate their coworkers into doing their job for them, refuse to put in the actual work themselves, and complain whenever things don't go their way.
