What a great video. All the babies having the time of their lives living their best life. Bruno is so sweet. He just wanted the birds to play with him. The birds sort of were doing that and then they moved and then came back. So so sweet. 😂❤🙏🏻💕

Cooper presented with such calm, low energy all the goats took right to him. Even Herc was relatively gentle, for a LGD, with his warnings that it was his territory. Hope the young man considers a life working with animals in some way. Bet he would be great at it.

The Guineas aren't the least bit afraid of Bruno, they appeared to be playing with him. So ADORABLE ❤

Here where I live in SW Mo, March came in like a lamb. We had 60-70 degrees and sun. So March will go out like a lion.

Be sure and socialize Bruno, especially with your family so if you guys need them to take care of your goats if you go on vacation, they will be able to get in to do that. Herc and Bruno are great dogs.

I don't think they will have an issue with Bruno, he is more hurdling breed then LGD, we never had issues with that with our Cattledogs, I don't think Herc will ever change, he was around grandpa a grandma doss for so long and he doesn't like them being around his goats, herding breeds also are better with birds.

@@kathymccampbell9199 he is also pit bull and the other breed he is can also be aggressive if not socialized. All dogs can become aggressive if not socialized. It is best the dogs get used to people when they are pups to avoid the protecting the territory from people. Most dogs have territorial personalities. I had a Rhodesian Ridgeback, a dog bred in Africa for hunting big game and for protecting the families. I socialized her a great deal and could let anyone into my house and she was fine with them. But she still would protect me if needed, but because she was well socialized she knew the difference between good and bad. Herc will get there...he just needs more interaction with their family. Herc is not an aggressive dog...does not have a mean bone in his body...he just needs to be taught who he can trust. Bruno and Herc are going to make an awesome team.

Yes, the saying is: if March comes in like a lion, it goes out like a lamb; & vice versa - if March comes in like a lamb, it goes out like a lion. But, it seems to me that, at least here in Utah, most of the time, March just, usually, comes in like a lion & also, goes out like a lion, too!

Cooper was so relaxed with the animals and did super good with them. Bruno is growing fast and is so fierce with his toys. Ha. Blue has mellowed so much with people. A great video. 👋😊💞

I cannot get over how lovable Larry is and Harry considering mom is very standoffish her babies make up the difference. Those boys are so beautiful and the new babies. If you have an issue filling the tractor tire take your ratchet strap and wrap it around the tire and tighten it up so the sides of the tire squeeze out the side walls

From Caesar Milan, The Dog Whisperer; when meeting a new dog practice, no talk, no touch, no eye contact. When I meet a dog for the first time I basically ignore them! You definitely don’t want to stand squarely in front of them staring at them.

Oh, the life of a young pup - carefree, lots of interesting things to check out, and that nose investigates everything. Of course, loving owners is a bonus too. Beautiful sunset.

That young man did the perfect Grandpa Doss move after giving the goats treats, waving his hands in the air to let the goats know he's done with treats lol and it looked like he enjoyed himself too, maybe you could find him and a friend of his some chores to do around the property in the summer break, It seems like there are Tick Sprays you can buy online to spray around the grounds to discourage those little pests

Well, the goats really took to Cooper. I can see a farm helper as a summer job for him. He is definitely an animal whisperer. He even got a little closer to Herc. Herc didn't bark nearly as loud at him as he has done to some of the new people that have come close to his domain. Thanks for this video. Y'all have a Blessed day

Consider planting lavender and purple salva. Bumblebee love's and they kill Wasps and Yellow jacket. First year won't work great, second year they return to feed. Honey bee also likes

Yes, they do. I'm really allergic to wasps, bumble bees don't attack humans, but they do love those flowers and will drive out and kill the wasps.

I’ve just been watching an old short of Doss Farms. It was of Bruce talking. I’ve come to the conclusion that Spruce’s voice hasn’t dropped yet! 😀

Ah the Brad Paisley check you for ticks song 😂. I hope lil guy Bruno stays safe until he is old enough for vaccinations, he sure is a cutie. He is growing fast, I particularly noticed it when he came out of the Shoffice. Cooper really hit it off with the goats, that was neat to see how well he did and the fact that Blue let him pet her and hold her “goatlet’s” attests to his calm nature. I am sure you guys really made his day. Please tell everyone who wants a puppy to thoroughly research the breeds, not everyone is right for all breeds. My BFF has a Cane Corso who is about 150-155 lbs and when they used to go to dog parks “tough” (meaning weak) used to try to get their pits, roties and all manner of “tough” dogs to challenge him. Fortunately my friends knew how to take care of their dog, including taking to a trainer for a month to train him. The breeder did a great job, she had the dam for her service animal and trained all of the puppies, but an incident with my friends ex and his pit set him back so they paid a ton of money to train him. He’s just a big baby if he knows you but like Herc you’d better be properly introduced. I am so jealous of your green coming up everywhere! I’m sorry about all of the ticks already, you might want to add some other birds to the flock. I know Shannon wants chickens 🐔🥚🍳. Another possibility I know has been mentioned is geese.,, research and see what breeds are more quiet so you don’t lose your mind with them and the guineas, lol. Yes, in like a 🦁 out like a 🐑 or the reverse if March comes in like a lamb 🐑 it usually goes out like a lion 🦁 .

Lemongrass oil can irritate your dog's skin and become toxic if they ingest it.

It was fun to see Cooper on the farm with the animals. Hercules just seemed a little cautious, but he didn't seem threatening, too much. You could have knocked me over with a feather that Blue allowed him in with her goatlets, and that she let Cooper pet her, too!! Blue has come so far. Earl, Daisy, and Duke are growing so fast! It is so sweet how they love to be lap babies, but before too long they will be too big. Enjoy it while they are smaller. Spruce, Luigi, Larry, Harry, Little Mario, Koopa, and Mama all look well, too. Luigi was not impressed by Bruno! 🤣 Bruno is so adorable! I loved watching him around the Guineas. He is curious, but they don't seem alarmed by him as they were not doing a distress call. They just steer a wide berth around him. Blessings to you all.

Bruno is just so cute that it could be a little discouraging. I live in Maine so saying I want a free puppy is a no go I would love to put my dog training ability and have some fun.
