Herbs that grow your hair like a weed 🌱

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

If you want growth I’m confident these herbs will transform your hair ✨✨
🌱QUICK RECIPE you can make today 1L worth of deep conditioner
1. Pour 135ml of water into a bowl
2. Add 3-5g of each herb below at your taste, mix well allow to steep overnight this is the herbal infusion water
3. Strain at least 90ml of this, or if you don’t mind a few herbs lurking then skip to next step
4. Combine at least 90ml of this herbal infusion water into 850g of your conditioner of choice. It’s ok if a few herbs are still lurking.
5. Add 50ml of some form of protein (silk amino acids, wheat protein, etc)
6. If you want this to last and don’t want to refrigerate, you can add some preservative e.g. phenoxyethanol up to 1% (if your conditioner doesn’t contain any)
🔥BENEFITS OF EACH HERB🔥
🌱 Amla - stimulates hair growth and improves the quality of hair. Contains calcium, promotes healthier hair. Helps strengthen hair follicles & reduces hair thinning. Antifungal and antiviral properties, prevent dandruff & improve scalp health.
🌱Ashwagandha - Stimulates scalp circulation, strengthens hair strands and improves hair growth.
🌱 Aritha - Rich in vitamins like A, E, D, K. Help in nourishing the hair strands, making them stronger and shinier.
🌱Brahmi - Strengthens hair follicles, prevents excessive shedding and hair loss.
🌱 Bhringraj - Nourishes hair, promotes hair growth, enlarges follicle size, prevents hair loss, fights dandruff, baldness and premature greying of hair.
🌱 Fenugreek - Stimulates blood flow to the scalp, nourishes the hair follicles and encourages faster, healthier hair growth, while its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties help treat dandruff, scalp irritation. Also strengthens the hair due to its mineral and protein content, resulting in less hair shedding and hair loss.
🌱 Neem - Reduces hair loss, promotes healthy hair growth, minimises grey hairs and reduces dandruff
🌱 Shikakai - boosts hair growth, prevents dreadful split ends, soothes an itchy scalp and delays greying of hair.

I use Ayurvedic masks as a regular part of my regimen at least 2 times a month and I’ve obtained much stronger, thicker strands and markedly less shedding. I don’t mix with deep conditioner because I apply to my scalp and my strands and I reserve my deep conditioner solely for my strands. I make a tea, usually green and throw in some cloves and sage, let that steep for about an hour and use that as the base for my mask. Theres really no set recipe, I just eyeball it and mix with my stick blender until I have a smooth pancake like consistency to minimize the mess. I also add a few tablespoons of a carrier oil blend to make the mask more moisturizing. It’s ready to use as soon as it’s mixed, leave it on for at least an hour but no rule there either, rinse and follow up with a moisturizing rinse out or deep conditioner. With consistency you absolutely see results and there are so many herbs you can play around with, you quickly become a mixologist, lol! Thanks again for another great short❤❤❤.

Hi sis, I believe it. Someone said that henna/amla coat your hair and makes it hard for moisture to enter. Have you experienced that?? Because I am trying to make my individual hair strands stronger & nothing else works but I also need the moisture too

Thanks for sharing. I went to the health food store and the store didn't carry alot of the herbs. Please please let me know where I can purchase all of them. I have natural hair and it's on its period. It's shedding. It's dry and so on. So if this can work. I want to try it. Please help. Thank you for sharing. I have the need and the fenugreek so far.

Also add oils , keep your hair hydrated especially in the summer and winter . Good luck to you . Also honey is good to add to your regimen and leave in conditioners .
