A thinned wall hypoechoic cyst of size 26.2x25.4 mm in the right lobe. Liver is of normal size 126 mm. Grade I fatty liver with a simple hepatic cyst. Request any medication for this

Under the segment of cystic metastasis, the first pic looks like hydatid cyst and second pic looks like complicated cyst, you haven't mentioned typical differentiating criteria, or only the history is reliable factor in this case? I was told I have sporadic lesions on my liver after having a my gallbladder removed and feeling very sick a few weeks after that operation. I had passed something from my ducts. Although my bowel movements have become normal at times I release very bright fluorescent yellow bile due to pain in my liver etc. I don’t have to add is it not fun.

I have a 3.6cm cyst and my liver is 17.9cm (I am 5'9 1/2, 135 pounds female, non drinker, non smoker). My liver is bigger than the avg, my values were normal, except alkaline phosphatase low), thoughts? I am worried with the healthy active lifestyle I live
