Welcome back my friend, I luv the voice and the beard! I think making lecture videos must be so time consuming for you given your busy work schedule. 3 minute videos were just perfect and addressed a specific learning sonography point. Take a look at Dr. Tahir Ahmed Saddique videos which are so good and illustrative because they address sonographic pathology and anatomy at the same time. Just discuss the pathologic findings that u see on real time scan without getting into textbook details. Anyway just my opinion but whatever u decide, I will definitely watch

Whenever I am frustrated with my learning, I am comforted with his videos of how he was able to see all that pathology with an old machine, phones ringing, cars in the street, children in his office, things breaking and he just continues with his calm voice. I wish to meet him one day and personally thank him.

If the patient have hepatomegally with starry sky appearance and enlarged gall bladder with a stone of 14mm but no wall thickening and splenomegally is this condition Acute hepatitis ??
