The last ultrasound was so hard to diagnose. Very few sonographers could see that 😢
Best .if I am not mistaken there seems hyperechoic shadow from tiny echogenic focus within sludges..likely indicating floating cholesterol crystals that are also observed in adenomyomatosis ,but in adenomyomatosis they are seen within the wall not the lumen
