Not sure which ones you watched but there this one, one on Classical Management Theory, one on Frederick Taylor, and one on Max Weber's Bureaucracy. There's some overlap in these four videos but they paint an overall picture. Good luck in your class.

I'm taking a safety course and Fayol came up, as. management theorist who influenced Safety theory. So it was interesting to see "security" as one of the Industrial function...which I read as 'safety'.

In the classical theory of Fayol we are be oming flamboyant while discovering all the characteristics of a manager,the Herzbergs intrinsic and extrinsic comes under the performer while providing assistance to the team or being treated as a junior coder. Really the matter of bring scold or in highering my technical knowledge in front of a manager will be of high quality cherish of the organizational of TCS,the intrinsics also a matter of measure of the junior worker comes under.

Not sure if you know this sir, but dietitians have to study this stuff so they can be good managers whether it be in a clinical or food service setting. I personally couldn't boil it down to one concept. He has an entire book on management so it's hard for me to pick a main concept. However, I have a related video called Classical Management Theory that you could watch that compares and contrasts Fayol to some other theorists. That might help.

I think it’s because that was the English translation and republication of his work and it came out later than the original writings.
