Today in my "Hello Autumn" video I would like to share with you how I get ready for fall. There is nothing special, but maybe someone will get inspired by this video to clean, bake or decorate their home.
I like autumn a lot, the leaves are changing colors and falling, filling up the streets with color.
Apartment turns into a cozy home, where you want to spend lots of time with your family😊🕯

Recipe for cream/ cottage cheese buns:
Ingredients for 12 pcs.
150 g. cream /cottage cheese (I use 9%)
70 g. sugar
90 ml. milk
50 g. vegetable oil
1 tsp. baking powder
+/- 240 gr. flour
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
A pinch of salt
Filling:
200 g. cottage cheese
1 tbsp. sugar
100 gr. raisins
1 tbsp. coconut flakes
(or flour / starch)
170-180°C 30 minutes, check with a toothpick.

You're welcome! Just one question that I forgot to ask: the warm drink you made, is it milk or another kind of drink? I usually use oat "milk" and I love it warm, with chocolate or pumpkin spice in the cold weather! 🧣☕🍁
