What cleaner do you use for cleaning Wood and steel surfaces?

I clean wood with a damp clean cloth and stainless with a mixture of soda, water and dish soap, then just wipe it off.

Great video, as always. I do have a suggestion. Your closed captioning needs to be a size or two larger. It is hard to read. Thanks.
