    Yeah I get you. It's why I'm making the appeal for folks to give up just 20 minutes. Heck even 10 minutes is a huge help. Just hit 2 to 4 trivials and then start playing the game as per normal. It will boost the order without anybody going insane

    We lose a lot of potential liberation due to most people hopping on, playing on or 2 missions on high difficulty and then leaving the game for IRL reasons.

    Prime example of optimizing all the fun out of a game. It is, however, *ridiculously effective.* It's something every Helldiver should know about for suitable occassions. Personally, I prefer to combine something like this with can farming for super credits and medals. That turns the mission time into something like fifteen minutes per, which is four trivials an hour and conveniently one of the numbers he did the math for. xD

    You can absolutely do that. Like I said at the end. Just giving up 20 minutes (or less) of game time to smash 3 to 4 trivials before playing the game during a major order is significant enough to boost things

    That's why I suggested just doing 2 to 4 trivials missions to avoid insanity. If everyone gave up a small bit of time to just bank a little extra liberation before going off to have fun actually playing the game. We would clear orders without hassle. It's up to the people though 🤷‍♂️

    Yes, but... It shows how valuable it can be to each just run a quick trivial while you wait for the last member of your premade to show. You got those 5 Minutes anyway.

    It really doesn't matter too much when they can always use the invisible hand in the sky to adjust the regen rate. Basically they decide which MO gets completed

    I did the same thing in the last 2 hrs of the Major Order to liberate Marfark. I started thinking about how to liberate the planet the fastest way possible and remembered a certain KZreadr saying it doesn't matter what difficulty you're on as long as you complete the missions, they all count the same way. I started off solo, and then I joined other missions so they could watch me do the same thing to get others to do it too. I both extracted and died after completing the missions but then decided leaving back to the ship was the fastest way. You can't repeat completed missions if you leave or the game crashes and I tried to liberate the fastest way possible. I was trying to inspire others to do the same but afterwards I decided to do it solo since joining others took much longer. I left their mission as soon as it was completed,... as far as I know, I'm the first who decided to drop on the antenna in the illegal broadcast antenna mission to complete it the fastest way possible. I believe that leaving the mission after it is completed still counts; completed is completed, dead or alive, crash or no crash, even if you hard close the game, kicked off the mission, or leaving back to the destroyer, whether the others stick around to extract or not. I joined others to help them complete the mission and then dipped to the next one for an hour then did the other hour solo,... don't care how it happened just happy to see that it caught on. Hopefully, if we ban together next time we're running out of time and we don't have enough players we can all try this together and beat Joel,... ;-P Level 82 with 300+ hrs in the game so far.     Imagine this, as a community we organize to secretly do this for 1 full weekend. 10-20k diverse all weekend doing non stop trivial. Make a beeline straight for Cyberstan, or fence the bots in like we have the bugs righ now. See if we’d be so fast, we take a bunch o planners over before arrowheads dungeon masters can react

    Lol the problem is getting those divers organized. It's nearly impossible. Hell I have around 200 under my command that's about it. So I realistically suggest just doing 2 to 4 trivials and then playing the game and having fun during major orders. It will keep your sanity and make sure the order wins. Win-win in my books if everyone participates

    I’m curious, why the scorcher and not impact grenade? You land, trow one at your feet, done, faster then stratagems and even of the scorcher. Of course, I’m thinking at the “post mission”, to end faster. I’m I missing something? 🤔

    @@Woozizzl yeah, same job but faster, as you need a couple of shoot with the scorcher, but just one impact grenade, that’s why I’m perplexed by the weapon choice. Of course, thinking to maximise efficiency etc.

    The difference between the two is minimal. I find scorcher faster by about half a second tbh lol. But you can choose whichever method works.

    i liked doing this on lvl 2 difficulty, cause i needed medals for the new warbond. the missions are usually just as fast to complete, not any harder, and you get the same amount of war impact. you get twice as many medals for completing the mission, and more medals and super credits for looting the better pois. (im not sure if the pois are actually better, but there were definitely more of them, and they felt like they had loot crates/beacons more often). so its a good balance of like, grinding for war impact, and also grinding for personal currency. gives you more to do as well. you dont even have to waste time wandering the map looking for pois, you can just kill yourself and move across the map while in your hellpod. if you land next to a poi, you can loot it real fast, then kill yourself again also i liked bringing impact grenades to kill myself. you can throw one at your feet and be gone in a flash. but since you brought up fire damage, incendiary impact nades might be better

    According to Devs...the squad impact we see at the game doesn't actually matter. What matters is how much experience you gain during the operation.

    Yeah that's what they tell you, except then it means their own system is a lie. And we would be seeing massive corrections and adjustments to the liberation rate of a planet but if you sit on the map and watch it, it ticks up fairly slowly and very consistently. So I'm willing to bet that they only said that to prevent orders being completed quickly. If they really want it based off XP, then their system should reflect that. All evidence points to the fact that their system is bull lol. At one point we were even getting the same amount of impact speed running 7s and 9s.

    If they remove death count and successful extraction from the career section, then I would do this. Otherwise, I have to extract for the stats.

    Yeah that's why I suggested at the end. Just do 4 trivials (20 mins MAX) and then actually enjoy the game. If everyone did that. Major orders would be a cake walk. No need to waste too much time spamming. We ourselves don't do this often on stream. It's boring

    You can't stim without taking damage. So I prefer stamina to run for longer, I try to avoid that mission though lol

    It doesn't matter, even if you extract (which you should for better exp/min). They way is to short for the booster to save more then a few seconds at best. You'd need to save a full 24s for 1 more exp time bonus.

    @@craig361 As per the end of the vid. Spending up to 20 minutes of your game time doing this, is exactly moderation. It will help orders get done faster and doesn't take up an aggressive amount of time. Spamming it for hours might alter things, but a few trivial runs will act more like a slight booster. It's up to the players though honestly lol. Orders will just get tougher to complete when there are less people locked in to the game. So it's up to the peeps. I'm just showing the technique and making a recommendation.

    Of course it is. That's why I recommended just clearing 2 to 4 trivials and then go have fun and do whatever. Try it during 1 order. If everyone is willing to help and gives up just a small bit of their game time, things will go super smooth. Up to the people though 🤷‍♂️

    @@RealAsianRobot the main issue why the Major Order struggles to get done is the miscommunication with Helldivers as a whole. Today 30,OOO helldivers were on Marsek and 30, OOO helldivers were fighting bugs for some odd reason.

    @@EdWobble Well, can you force 30,000 players to do one thing? The bug divers will ALWAYS bug dive. that's a known fact, so that's why this backdoor crap has to exist. It's literally impossible to get shit done without a few shady techs :P

    This is checkers vs devs chess. They set goals based on what we complete. If every person did this then the devs have a higher expectation for what we can accomplish and would mean more of this mind numbing strategy for our major orders to be completed. I want those goals based on playing the game instead of doing chores.

    Up to you, to me, I feel that we should always contribute a bit with trivials to boost the order. We simply don't have the numbers to overcome most orders otherwise and peeps have been farming this like hell for many orders so others can have fun. I'd rather start a movement for everyone to do a bit of their part

    @@Phonzie23 Rather then making the MOs harder, the devs would probably see how many solo trivials where done in the timeframe and readjust the skaling of contribution to devalue trivial and easy contributions.

    I mean, you're not really gaining anything this way. No samples, no credits, least amount of medals. But when players absolutely REFUSE to play bot MOs then this seems a decent way to bump up liberation.

    This doesn't work due to the less amount of liberation points you get after the mission compared to a 5 or higher mission. Just play the game bro 😂

    Diff 5 you need to clear a full operation to get the liberation points. You try this experiment. Do 20 minutes of trivial missions and the try to finish a FULL operation of diff 5 in 20 minutes. Good luck. You can test the difference in squad impact for yourself 😏😏. Post your results on KZread. I'll wait. Your raw footage should be at least 40 minutes long if you can beat the time 😏😏

    1. Liberation is earned by operation, not mission. 2. Liberation is not scaled to the amount of players in an operation. So above easy you have to clear multiple missions fast enough to add up to whatever speedrunning trivials amounts to. If you want to base it on the bullshit numbers the game shows: The lowest you can get is a 1, though I've never seen lower then 2 personally. Let's say you can burn a Helldive Operation (3 Missions) in a record time of 30 minutes (like a good 40min, 1 eradicate and 1 blitz). That op would need to generate 6 Liberation per Member to compete, or 24 in total. The highest I have ever seen is 15 for a full team of four with a cleartime of about 1 hour. If we ingored what the game shows and calculate based on Exp: If you can't solo 7 and up, forget it. You won't come close to those 35xp/min.
