Poor Anne.I feel so ungrateful for complaining about frivolous things while she just wanted to live and get out of that situation.May she rest in peace, because luckily despite everything she has become the great writer she dreamed of being❣️

Anne's mom was the most caring mom who didn't care for herself as much as she cared for her children. She cared for them so much but unfortunately got separated and she passed away without seeing her children.

Absolutely horrific, should never have happened. We're all human, no matter where we're from, we need to wipe out racism & discrimination once & all.

I really wish she had survived I can't imagine how hard that time must have been for those people 😭😭😭😭 But she shall always alive in our hearts . 🌺🌹💐

Each time Anne's father appear in the screen, i have to breath loudly to not cry. I always have tears on my eyes, because i always imagine my own father... And it's only imagination, i can't think what would happen if it was true... I would have been heartbroke

@HQ alopecia is a condition that attacks the immune system in the body causing hair follicles to fall out leaving bald patches. It can be caused from other illnesses but also stress

Hi, it's true what @IsabellaBoo says: Katarina Justic, the actress who plays the mother of Anne, Edith Frank, has Alopecia areata. The actress who plays Auguste van Pels, Olga Beemster, had her hair cut off for this role.

Even though it looks like she's now narrating this in the afterlife, you can still see how exhausted Anne is. The hardships she endured after her arrest weren't fully erased even after she died and went to heaven and it broke my heart to see her still look so worn down even when she's free from all that suffering.

How Anne spoke about her hell so gravely in her house in heaven... no words can describe the cruelty done to jews and all who died unjustly in WW2

Anne Frank is still now, in 2024 a very interesting theme to talk about, every school in Germany talks about it, mostly in the 6th grade. It's a horrible story even tho I'm very happy that Otto Frank and one of the helpers survived (the helper miep or bep survived to 2010). I have the German translation of the diary at my home and I can't live without it. Wherever I go, I keep it with me. May Anne and the rest of her family rest in peace. I can't belive we germans did that just to see innocent people suffer. I'm not proud with the title 'i'm a born germany'

I'm finding it so interesting to watch these videos, but my heart is breaking and I'm finding it quite hard...

@@biasims5429 porque era na época do nazismo, e uma das coisas que eles pregavam era a supremacia racial alemã e a perseguição aos judeus, como anne e a família dela eram judeus eles tiveram que se esconder para não serem capturados, mas acabaram sendo encontrados um tempo depois e enviados para um campo de concentração. Dessa forma, vários judeus foram assassinados, um verdadeiro genocídio que foi o holocausto.

I’ve had a deep love for Anne Frank and every victim of the Holocaust since I was about 11, being black I knew about slavery but hadn’t until then learned of anybody else suffering and when I did, I just couldn’t stop learning more and more. God allowed Anne’s words to live beyond her own life, sparking so much power and reform in many places. I pray for the souls taken so unfairly during the Holocaust.

Isso tá tão bem retratado que chega a ser uma obra de arte. É muito triste ver com os olhos dela tudo o que aconteceu... E eu espero, do fundo do meu coração, que eles e todos os outros que foram vítimas do holocausto, estejam no céu, felizes e bem para toda a eternidade ❤

All the Movies/Series about Anne will never fail to make me cry:(

i have cried so much watching the video. Seeing Anne being separated from her parents is heartbreaking, i could never imagine me beeing separated from my parents. I really wish that she could know how important for the world her diary is, and how a good writer she was. I want to congratulate all the actors in specially the actress that played Anne. May Anne, her family and friends and everyone who died in WW2 rests in peace.

Wonderfully played! The separation from Mama Frank was such an impressive and hearbreaking moment. I really love this series!

Continue een brok in mijn keel en de tranen over mijn wangen. Zo intens de actrice haar rol speelt. Allemaal trouwens. Te bedenken dat dit de zwarte waarheid is, dat we nog maar een heel klein stukje van de ellende meekrijgen en dat we nog steeds veroordelen op kleur, geloof, sexe of anders zijn. Wat zijn we als mensen toch dom… Deze videodagboeken verdienen heel veel aandacht!

Somehow this story not being told as a heroic story of some survivors is one of the most heartbreaking versions I've seen about the camps. Just the daily reality. Anne Frank House, you have done the whole world a huge service, however, it hurts. Thank You.

Esse episódio mexeu comigo de uma forma.... Eu pensei que realmente sabia o quão cruel e sujo foi o nazismo, mais quando eu vi esse ep, eu percebi o quanto eu nunca vou realmente entender o que foi esse período bizarro na nossa história. Mesmo que seja uma representação e não algo real, eu chorei tanto por tudo que essas pessoas passaram pelo simples fato de terem nascido como judeus. Seres humanos como nós, e não seres para serem tratados piores que animais. Meu Deus, espero que cada uma dessas pessoas possa ter um lar confortável e livre de qualquer sofrimento no céu, isso é muito surreal. Vamos sempre conhecer a história para jamais repeti-la.

This series is so important, everyone has to realise how cruel Jews were treated. I’ve learned so much from season 1 but I think I will learn so much more in this season because I don’t know that much about what happened in the camps. This episode had me in tears…

Wow how she decribes her story from heaven , so gracefully and so modestly , it makes me mad that nowadays people all over the world are comparing life under covid to life in the holocaust , nothing or no situation or pandemic , worse as it may be should ever be compared to the horrors all the people who lived and died during that darker than dark period had to endure . may all victims rest in peace

I feel like Anne, Margot, Edith, Augustus all of them could of survived if they all knew that they were still alive and somewhat safe. Anne died thinking all her family had died except her father Otto was the only survivor of them all. Rip to all the lives that was lost and destroyed by the horrors they endured for years. As a Jew myself I would hate to lose my friends and family just because of what we were. We’re all human! Let’s learn from this to not let it happen again! 😢

the scene in which anne frank and her father gets separated, the first time i saw in anne frank movie just brought me into tears and when i saw this scene again in here, it made me cry again. Idk, just the thought of separation from my father to be taken to hell seems so painful.

Voor jongeren van nu een perfecte manier om de geschiedenis te beleven. Het brengt de gebeurtenissen dichterbij. Ik ben docent in opleiding en zal dit zeker een keer in de klas laten zien. Indrukwekkend werk van de acteurs.

Whoever came up with this idea of vedio diary thing hats off ! I wish it was tru tho then we could have gotten a better glimpse and portrayal of how she really was and what did she really feel about the whole helpless situation .! May she rest in peace ✌️ Always an INSPIRATION to me!

Mooi om te zien hoe 't vroeger allemaal ging, maar ook heel aangrijpend... Als Anne 't had overleefd was ze niet beroemd geworden met haar dagboek.
