Well, story design is something I don't really know much about-not sure how to break into that. For voice acting, a good class or workshop is invaluable...and you can start auditioning on any of the online vo casting sites (Voices123 etc) if you have a recording setup.

I agree! It's annoying to hear him screeching, but then, after I sneakily killed him, it felt like Whiterun was missing something. This mod would definitely make Heimskr more enjoyable and the city more alive.
