My son is 6 and he’s autistic, he sleeps every night to this particular video and sound. He grew up on the coast, by the ocean and we moved away 2 and half years ago. He found this video all on his own and it’s his favorite video to sleep. Every night I asked him to put on sleep sounds and he puts on this video. Thank you for this.

I use this soundtrack for my kids. And after they fall asleep, I can’t help but watch them sleep and shed some tears for being so beyond thankful that these are my children that I get to wake up to every single day, watch them grow during the day and pray over them at night. My heart goes out to those moms and dads who lost a child and cannot do the same thing everyday. hug your kids and family close. you will never know when someones last day could be.

Nice Good Amazing Fell asleep.

This is so great! I always used to get anxiety in the dark. I've grown very sensitive to light because of my autism, so I couldn't sleep with any lights on either. These videos have really helped me relax in the dark. Now I hardly ever feel anxiety in the dark anymore. I actually feel peaceful. It means such a great deal to me :)

I read all the comments. Thats how you know you have got it really bad. When I was a little kid my mom was super awsome. She knew how much I loved the thunderstorms. I would beg and whine some and she would let me sleep with my head out the screen door. Thanks again mom and who ever put this together.😄
