There is a cure for anxiety. His name is Jesus Christ. I been 7 years anxiety and depression free since I gave my life to the Lord. And trust me, I been in many situations since that should have rocketed them to a new high. But I had and have the peace of the Lord within me. This is not a joke. If he wasn't real. How could my heavy depression and anxiety disappeared and not come back during trouble times?? It's because he is very real. Seek him and obey him and he will break those changes that are apond you.

I was born and grew up on a tropical island in the Caribbean. I just loved the thunderous rain which we had so often, especially at night. Sometimes the rain would be softer and we could fall asleep to the singing little frogs called Coqui. They sound more like birds than frogs. They are very, very small and live in the vegetation. Their music and the soft sound of the rain on the trees and plants; nature's orchestra, lulls one into sweet slumber. Sometimes the rain is strong and thunderous, like this video. I miss my island! Tonight, as I am in my warm bed I am looking forward to a good night sleep while listening to this beautiful rainstorm. Goodnight everyone, and thank you for this most beautiful rainstorm.

I'm 62 and my sleep pattern is way out of line. When I listen to the rain I totally focus on it, it takes me back to being a little boy on grannies farm, laying back in the hay and listening to the rain on the tin roof
