Agreed, the censored gags are more creative imo. The sign falling onto heavy, Demo throwing the revolver, and Spy's noose getting cut only to be run over by a train are more creative ways to axe off characters than just blowing their brains out. That and I just was never a fan of Spy hanging himself

Is it weird that I find some of the “Censored” bits more funny than some of the stuff in the OG? Purely because of the clever and creative ways Delak censored these. Sometime Family Friendly or Censored doesn’t always mean unfunny, and Delak shows how that can be done.

I love how despite this is “family friendly” all they did was censor out some animation yet they kept it there, it makes it so much better. Also the way demoman just throws gun instead of shooting is just so hilarious to me for some reason prob Bec of censoring LMAOOOOO

I thought I was going crazy at first when watching the voice actor version, and knew something was off at “off to hang myself” part where I verbally said:“okay I know there wasn’t a train at this part, what’s going on?” I thought I had early onset dementia already, but no, now I got my answer. Also demo throwing the gun instead of shooting it I think was a amazing improvement. It caught me off so guard and got my laughing hard enough to run of air. Absolutely amazing work there.

The fact that Delak actually put in the effort to remake the animation so that the original tf2 actors could voice it, amazes me

Love this so much, the fact that instead of just cutting the “problem” parts out you put the time into reanimating the segments

This is probably the best thing Delak has ever done again, one day I'll introduce my children into TF2 with this video

Perhaps censorship had something to do with it, but he actually remade this to premiere it to the OG voice actors. They did a version of this where they voiced the characters. Definitely check it out; their reactions to first watching it are priceless.

I love how the Administrator is holding Sniper's arm, a nice little nod to the fact that both actors are married!

Demo throwing the gun at sniper is honestly funnier than the original.

I like how even in the supposedly “Family-Friendly” version Engineer still tells Heavy to fuck off and gives him the middle finger.

Honestly, Demoman throwing the gun was a straight upgrade to the original. XD

Can't lie: Even when altered to be "algorithm friendly," the emphasized demonetized symbol and Engineer jumpcutting into a grave was fuckin' hilarious xD Honestly speaks for the quality of the original--there's a darn good reason it became so popular. After watching this with the original VA I can still confirm: My favorite change is Demoman throwing the gun.

I think the funniest thing about this version is the engineer missing his shot, so Heavy isn't actually dead at all.
