This was the second to last session of quads before I got ill. Buzzing with a PB on hack squats, 6 x 20kg plates a side. Whole session was as follows:
Leg Extensions to warm up.
Hack Squats - 2 sets, 1 heavy followed by 1 back off set.
Tru Squat - 2 sets, 1 heavy followed by 1 back off set.
Pendulum Squats - 2 sets, 1 heavy followed by 1 back off set.
Leg Extensions - 2 sets, 1 heavy followed by 1 back off set (AMRAP)
Standing Calves - 2 sets, 1 heavy followed by 1 back off set.
Seated Calves - 2 sets, 1 heavy followed by 1 back off set.
Hip Thrust - 2 sets, 1 heavy followed by 1 back off set.
Glute Kick-Back Machine - 2 sets, 1 heavy followed by 1 back off set.
