Nice new PB on bicep curls, 10 constant reps with 45kg and I feel they are responding well.
Numbers for shoulders are also up, even lat raises at the start, a notoriously bad exercise for me, so it's good to get a quality connection and feel my delts working properly in that movement for once.
I kinda wish I had measured my arms before I started this training, but I've got plenty of footage, so hopefully it's visible there too.
Remember to always ask yourself - are you training hard or hardly training?
