@@ParveshKumar-uh4ps he got land where he wanted to build/develop colony and nearby his land like attached with that, there are more land's which are going to become a colony , Now he don't want them to build because he don't want competition. Deep down he's taking name of govt and govt road but his actual target are competitors.

The guy is an Indian version of Karen. His property is fine yet he is crying over other people properties 😅

Aise log ke wajah se aaj nyaypalika badnaam hai or ye wadi pratiwadi se milkar more day more money or aarop pratyarop ke sidhyant par case ladte hai uske baad sattarudh party or nyaypalika ko apne muwakil ke samne badnam karte hai

True but legally you cannot say assuming XYZ happens so and so wil happen to me. If they wanted preventative order then they hsould make local municipal corporation as party and get affidavit from them to protect his property etc.
