law is correct but practice is incorrect, 125 maintanence law doesn't say that husband have to maintain wife, it use the word "spouse". So husband can also demand maintanence from wife and such cases are already won by many husbands. Below are the remarks after seeing entire video 1-Advocate not define why wife left the husband. 2-Judge have to consider or even have a look how much wife is earning ( If defence file any support document) . 3-Defence not came with propose preparation. The lawyer has not prepared proper reply neither he has prepared rightly for argument. The judge keep on asking lawyer about showing the reference of wife's working status in their reply, but the lawyer was unable to point it out.

Shame on such a biased judicial system. This judge is making a statement that the person married a girl without income, how can he be so sure that the person was not earning any money at time of marriage. What if after a few years of marriage a person becomes unemployed? When will we be rid of this type of biased judicial system?

Party in person is much better then putting trust in weak advocates. Narcissistic judges must be countered through strong advocacy, as one is fighting with a syndicate not a person.

Judges should not post such personal opinions

He had very good points to argue on but unfortunately he was unable to. Judge will try to scare, try to make an advocate come to the point where he will have to compromise but that's where an advocate should stick to his submissions with confidence and object to his Lordships in respectful manner.

3000 koi ni kmata Aaj k time mein.. Km se km 15 to 20 Zyada se zyada kuch bhi Ye bhi chapter hai dusri marriage karke baitha h.

Justice Ahluwalia always handling matters in sensitive manner. Whether it's a case where a minor girl was raped by her father or where an advocate maligned his own mother in law and police department and so on. Here also they lied about their wealth and income and he sees the things and point outs what nobody generally does.

1:50 केवल पुरुष की ही जिम्मेदारी क्यों है कमाने की जब पूरा समाज बोलता है लड़का लड़की बराबर है । और इस पर जज साहब जी का कहना है कि अगर लड़का नहीं कमाता तो शादी नहीं करनी चाहिए । अगर इसी तर्क को महिलाओं पे लागू करें कि अगर महिला नहीं कमाती तो 80% महिलाओं की शादी नहीं होनी चाहिए । क्योंकि जब वो नहीं कमाती तो किसी लड़के के मां बाप अपने बेटे को ऐसी लड़की के साथ क्यों रहने दे। रूल दोनों पर बराबर होने चाहिए । भारतीय समाज में एक तरफा कानून बने हुए है लड़कियों के फेवर में ।

Judge looks biased. If man is earning less than wife then it is mentioned that spouse has to maintain the partner (based on law) not Husband has to maintain the wife. Stating this, "If you cannot earn why did you marry". It clearly against their mutual decision. A poor man has all the rights to marry someone. Justice should be served based on law and facts.
