Garib kamjore dukhi lachar jo court ke chakkar me padkar sub kuchh bechne ke baad bhi nyay Milne ki asha nahi hai unke liye bahut hi sikchha hai

Lawyer should answer audibly not by movement of head and body.

Major grievances are lawyers not coming learned and prepared..and trying to argue more on emotional grounds rather than constitutional laws

I think high court has wrongly interpreted the SC judgement which says Financial Distress and not Bankrupt … bankrupt is declared by a decree of court… SC has said while interpreting sec 142A court may consider financially distress condition which is broad in meaning and bankrupt is a very narrow interpretation… council should have highlighted this fact…

Lawyer profession ko agar jivikoparjan ke jagah dhanoparjan ke liye upyog karna suru karenge to yahi hal hoga

Sir jan bujhkar lawyers ko kahi kahi debate k liye rokte h matlab unko pata h ki imse tym waste nahi karna chahiye or jaha debate karna chahiye wo karte hai isse lawyers ko sikhna chahiye ye videos to inko law ki oadai k tym batane chahiye

All these cases as uploaded it appears the Hon judges are only arguing and lawyers are hardly heard.

@@infocolletion Don't support inefficient judiciary and judges only are to be blamed for this. Judges blame lawyers but why they give adjournments why they don't impose heavy cost on lawyers for delaying. The way this judge behaves suits supreme court collegium and such types of judges mostly are selected by supreme court and he will surely be elivated to supreme court.

@@sahibsinghbajwa3256 why no comments? Judges are not above law. They have not passed IAS NEET JEE CA OR CS level of exams. They are appointed by unconstitutional process of collegium.

Judge over dramatic and quite unnecessarily prolonged the hearing. There is nothing alleging incompetency of trial lawyer if the evidence directs itself. In this case the Judge could have simply pointed out to this lawyer that SC Judgement he was relying on was post trial court finding and cannot therefore impinge the conduct of trial lawyer. But nevertheless, the SC ruling in Rakesh Shrivastava could still be used to make out a case for dismissal/modificatio on the grounds of sudden and unforseeable economic collapse of the litigant.
