This judge is a disgrace to the judiciary. Or he is captured. He is supposed to keep things professional, not personal. I am embarrassed that this is the quality of judges we appoint these days.

Judge Maumela is an embarrassment to our judiciary. Why did he interrupt TT? What kind of Judge is he? TT should apply for his recusal, it is clear that accused 1-4 will not get a fair trial. Judge Maumela always belittled, undermined, and disrespected advocate Teffo and TT. Accused 1-4 have already been found guilty by this biased and captured Judge. T T must do whatever he can to remove this judge, the way he's running this case is unacceptable!

I don’t understand why the judge doesn’t allow him to finish what he has to say.

You're aware that he is the lawyer for Senzos alleged killers. The trial has been delayed long enough and the judge wants things to speed up. Argumentative questions can be stopped by the judge. You should watch other court cases.

@@Eishjo45 The entire court case is an argument Mzolosi. The State presents evidence against the accused, and the Defense argues and desputes the evidence and verse versa. As such, a reply to an objection raised is part of the court proceedings and that's exactly what the defense attorney was doing. The defense can not be prejudiced simply because we want to speed things up.

@@ikhethelengndebele5656 He's not a defense attorney bro, he's a legal aid advocate. Everyone knows legal aid advocates are mostly not good and are paid by the state. The judge is understandably under pressure due to the delays caused by Teffo's shenanigans. Remember also he may have to account to the JSC why the trial took so long. He also has the responsibility to stop lawyers from badgering witnesses.

From day one I said it,this judge is the main obstacle in this CASE!

The judge is right bethuna, he is protecting the witness....the worse thing you can do to judge Maumela is try to be rude or intimidate him...if you do so, he tightens his grip and authority...Mshololo has read this judge well...she is strategic and tactful...

In such a sensitive case fraught with allegations of bias by the court and state, you’d want to be seen as neutral as much as possible. Right now I cannot say he does. Public perception is just as important in cases of this magnitude.

Can the people who are saying the judge is not taking sides in this case explain why did he add words to the witness when the witness said "after a while"... He was talking about watching the game between Manchester united and Chelsea... He said "after a while, then the intruders came in "... Then the judge added finish. Of which the witness did not say anything about finish.

This has a problem with TT THABANE same as THE WAY HE WAS TREATING AdvTeffo, he likes to jump in while he is still talking, but MSHOLOLO HE DOES MOT. HE IS VERY MUCH DISRESPECTFULL TOWARDS HIM

This whole thing it turns to personal 🤞
