@@mphlohi yes he does, he told me this one story about how russel crowe was messing up the stunts during this one prison fight scene (i forget the movie) and he threw my uncle really hard into the metal bars in the actual movie. He also talked a little about The Hunter with Steve McQueen. He said that filming the final chase scene, where he drives through a parking garage into the water, he was supposed to live and have an extended scene where he gets caught. What had happened was he dove out of the car right before it drove off but the car sank to the bottom of the water instead of coming back up so they just wrote him off to die lol.

That's the thing. This entire story is about how one asshole in the group literally ruins it for everyone else. The funny and sad thing is, given how smooth and professional they were as a crew, they didn't really need the extra help as a whole. They could have done it with the four of them and gotten away clean.

@@myway7367 partly agree. The romance was a disaster b/c Deniro and Amy Brenneman (?) Had 0 chemistry and reportedly didn't get along off set. Also, Neil talks a big game but he didnt break away clean; he should've never gotten back with the her, should've been a hit and run on his end. Also, one thing people have brought up about how Waingro was chosen, he mentions to Van Zandt that him and Neil have taken down "major scores together", so either he has a penchant for talking a big game, or, Neil and him have done jobs together but nothingon a grand scale,, more like the guy they recruit as a driver; they've worked together but that's about it.

This is why you don't kill the cops. Used to be a respect that went on, long as you weren't killin people then you'd usually get away to be honest. When you execute three cops who've got their brains falling out of their ears anyway, that's when you're going to get crucified.
