What I hope happens in episode 11 is that Jack has a dream while he is knocked out or in a coma or something. In the dream Ty is in it. And they have a wise chat about the struggles Jack is going through with Amy and Finn. And then Jack wakes up and he is fine. I really hope they make it like the time Ty saw his Dad in his dream when he almost died before Lyndy was born.

Can't wait for it to hit Netflix soon.

I stopped watching the show when I noticed Tim's character using GOD'S name as a curse word. I used to like the fact that the family was portrayed as having integrity and were a step above in how they made life choices. I think if they showed how hard it is to make those choices and live that life the show would be a cut above the rest. Miss the show.

@@bobquinn3602 The character's struggles were one of the reasons I watched the show. We all mess up and need second, third and more chances. I choose to draw the line at blatant blasphemous dialogue.

Heartbroken by Heartland Heartland was a wholesome family TV show that was made great by the love story between Amy and Ty. But now with the events in season 16, it has been reduced to just another American soap opera. Amy has forgotten her vow to “carry Ty’s heart in her heart forever”. She has forgotten that she said “Ty was her soulmate and gave her enough love to last forever” and that she wanted to carry own and be a part of making Ty’s legacy. I don’t think Ty had in mind that his legacy would involve Amy with another guy. She has forgotten that Ty’s sacrificed his life for her. That he took a bullet for her, and disregarding his own injuries, picked her up and carried her three hundred yards to his truck and drove her to the hospital never even recognizing his own injury. Instead, she is throwing herself at another man without even hardly knowing him. Even so, I thought I could just watch seasons 1 thru 13 over and over relishing the love story between the two of them but now every time Amy tells Ty she loves him, I don’t believe she really did. Three times Amy crushed Ty’s spirit with Caleb, Chase and the Prince. With Chase and the Prince her defense was she didn’t do anything to lead them on but she never did anything to stop it either until it blew up in her face. But Ty couldn’t escape his love for her even when he should have just moved on. Amy had a choice in season 16 to be like her mother and be happy raising her daughter, enjoying her family and work and honoring Ty’s love and sacrifice for her. Or, she could be like her sister and not be happy without a man in her life. She has chosen the latter. Some say she has a right to be happy and have a future. Ty gave up his right to have a future and be happy for the one he loved. I hope the writers and CBC get the ratings they desire and need even though they have killed the show for some of us. They had the opportunity to end the perfect love story with the season ending episode of season 15 but chose to continue on. For those who disagree, enjoy the soap opera as I am done.

Totally disagree. Since Graham decided to quit the show, the writers had to move on. The show needs a romance. While married, they were committed. Amy is not married anymore. She can keep Ty in her heart, but that doesn’t mean she can’t move on. I think the writers have done a good job having a mourning period (season 14), trying to pick up the pieces in season 15 and life moves on in season 16.

Well documented Jerry and you are so right. The vast majority of real Heartland fans are 100% in agreement with ya! That is why Heartland has lost so many fans and there executive and Amber know it! Was sitting at 10 in most watched show in Canada at start of season 16 and as of last week it is sitting at 34 and falling each week. Heartland is dead and will finish at end of 16. Oh Graham after 13 great acting years and provided the executive with plenty of notice has opted for a fresh new and exciting opportunity! Good for u Graham, well deserved you made the show! Right Bob!! Lol! And Bob's romance will not help it out at all. No one is opposed to romance but when Graham departed it was over plain and simply. You loose your best actor you loose the storyline hence the show!! Bye bye Bob!!👍 Great document Jerry best and most factual we have seen in along time! Amber is only in this now for the spin off money it brings to her new store, merchandise. Many of the actors have moved on or are doing other movies. Don't believe Amber has even been asked ! She has failed as a consulting producer that's for sure!

@@Ty-ty8ty why so bitter about a show on TV? First you have no idea what Amber’s motivation is for continuing with the show. Do you say the same thing for all the other actors? Are they only doing this for only for the money? Well duh, it’s a job. That’s how they earn a living. Second, do you even know what consulting producer does? Amber has been doing that for years. Apparently she did a good job up to season 13, since you seem to love the show to that point. Third, this is a story and you can’t write as if a character is still there. I do feel that 1-13 had a Ty/Amy romance. But there was no way that story could continue as much as fans want it. After three years, one of mourning, one of picking up the pieces, and finally moving on, I like the story. I like Amy involved with someone else. You can complain all you want. Hope the show ends, but Ty’s not coming back. And from the comments I have read, a lot of other fans also hope the show continues.

I thought it was just me. I watched 3 episodes of season 16 and for the life of me i cant figure out exactly where the story is going. Three hours wasted.! Not one episode has anything to do with another. Are they trying to turn it into a reality show? My wife is a die hard fan of the show and even she says it sucks.

I hope don't anything keep from seeing episode 10. Wow, I hope we have a little clarification, you know it will be several weeks before we see 11. Cliffhanger should be the episode's title. They normally resolve most of the storylines by the end of the episode but some things I bet will be left hanging. Poor us, but I don't want Amy to get hurt. Wonder if any of one thing has to do with the other. The girl at the door could she be Finn's friend wife etc. I hope all this won't leave Finn tarnish. I hope that wouldn't end his life's work that way.

Probably because they were the true Heartland fans, enjoyed most of the show and wanted it to stay the course instead of them turning it into yet another soap opera! The producers had there chance opted to not listen to the requests of there loyal true fans and now they are paying the price! Big time! It's people's interests that keep a show going and when you forget that you lose! 6 more episodes and Heartland is finished! And that is sad!

Constructive criticism is a good thing. It brings forth new ideas as well as old ones. None of us want to see the show end. Amy teaches her clients to go back to the basics. Maybe she should take her own advice and do that with the show. You know take some steps back before you can move forward.

@@AudioMasters I always found it interesting that Amy had a number of words of wisdom lines someone said to her but she never acted on those suggestions when it would have helped her so much! But that would have meant drifting away from the Fleming thinking and there was no way she would do that. I have been surfing some of the oldies. Wonder whatever happened to Brier Ridge and Jesse Stanton? That is one thing they never give fans closure on. Where the characters end up. The massive horse operation just doesn't disappear!! So Amy??? Does she move onto a 2 time divorcee (Caleb) someone who once upon a time cheated on Amy with Ashley! Or perhaps the mighty Ego man Chase, who Amy cheated with on Ty and cheated with on her best friend Soraya or the rich man Amhid who gave her every expensive gift possible and she had her fantasy affair with or will she move in with Sam down the road at his ranch someone she could boss around or maybe she will go a full 360 degree and finish off with who she started with on season 1, Jesse OR will she do the right thing and take a break from the boy chasing get re-acquainted with her daughter Lyndy, tell her everything about her amazing father and live like her mother Marion for awhile. Get the youth center going 100%, work with Logan and get back to her Liberty horse training. Thinking back when you look at the list of idiots (excluding Ty of course) that Amy has been involved with makes one wonder what her mother would have said to her?? Wished we had seen a couple more episodes with Marion there.

That would never happen! Ty made the show until he departed for a brighter future. He was miles ahead of Amber when it came to acting! And the reduction in fan support proves that. Heartland has been dropping ever week as to watched show in Canada! The British Baking Show is more watched ! And that is a joke! You might be right they have taken over the show but not in a good way. They want it all about them (Amber, Michelle & Chris ). Discusting! No storyline just piece meal garbage.

@@abbykoop5363 it's everyone's right I believe to accept, or try to have them change or critique a show is it not! I have invested enough in Heartland (the entire book collection, the entire 1-14 dvd's, have taped 15 and 16, watched the movies I don't want to say how many times!) I think that earns me the right to criticize whatever I choose about the show! I along with the vast majority of "true" Heartland fans not "soapies" simply want a show that families can enjoy, makes sense, is not a soap opera and has above all a storyline that everyone can follow. That's all! The current Heartland is simply a piece mealed bunch of garbage that everyone knows what the ending of each episode will be in the first 5 mins! It needs to have a little romance for Bob's sake but maybe Amy can let someone else take over that department as she certainly has had more than her fair share of romance!(If ya think what she did would be considered romance!) I think all true fans should be complaining to the executive as the show is dropping in fan support every week. Abby you should perhaps send the executive a complaint about the show as it will be ending soon, unless you are a soap fan(please tell me no?) then you would of course enjoy the current "Days of our Lives Heartland"!
