I think she was the fiancé of Finn's dead friend. Desperately trying to hang on to Finn, and intentionally lying to Amy. Why hasn't Finn been texting Amy like before, or emailing the ranch? Should be interesting. RIP Robert💙

Not how it seems. Amber Marshall (Amy) had said in an interview recently that she knows the fans are worried because of how things look so far, and that she wants everyone to know that they didn't make Finn a bad guy. So that pretty much already says that what Kristy said here about being his finace wasn't quite true. Otherwise that would make him a cheater, which would be the opposite to what Amber said they wrote for the story.

@@kathrynhall7021 I don't think it's a Netflix issue as much as it is the production & creator's choice. They stated a while back, when they went to other venues to air the show, that Netflix aired to many immoral & questionable shows and movies. Well most channels all have their share of questionable content, but I don't believe it's right to exclude channels, due to questionable content and "Heartland" has had those issues too. I just don't watch shows or movies that are offensive to my beliefs and if we all did the same, we all could enjoy shows we like, without being censored and pressured into buying into other media to be able to watch what we like! I'm praying we get more "Heartland" on Netflix, but if we don't I will find something else to watch! :) ♥

Amy is running out of boyfriends. I noticed Amber didn't put any youtube videos up this time around of the farm or podcasts. Still doesn't matter, that genie is out of the box already.

Let's see them do something just crazy...I mean, we've already had ghost horses that connected Amy & Ty. And, the guys that followed Ty all the way back from Mongolia. The Sharma (sp) who spiritually reunited Ty & Amy in that vast desert when he was lost & Tim's miraculous healing after receiving the talisman from the same Sharma...so let's see Ty come back & reunite with his family. The prince could've had something to do with it, he could've left to protect the family from Mongolian bad men...shoot Jr was shot & it was all a dream so maybe Amy was dreaming. Remember when they got back from Mongolia & Amy woke from a dream calling out for Ty & he came running to sooth her. They embraced & she was panicked that she couldn't find him...he kept reassuring her that he would ALWAYS come back to her SO LET HIM COME BACK! We all know its the end of the show. I stopped watching & I know other people who stopped when Ty died...Be the rare show that the series ends on a happy! Amy with anyone else is NOT happy. We watch to escape normal life not learn how to deal with it

12 ends as Amy removes her rings- she feels from the song ‘One Step’ farther that she has accepted that there is no ‘going back’ as she feels the heavy weight of her ‘dead heart’. She has resolved to move on anoves her rings to her necklace and tucks them safely close to her- One step forward no matter how hard. This will conclude the chapter of Finn unless there comes a time for a new beginning but this seems doubtful in Amy’s mind but Finn might care enough to have a conversation. with her to clear things up (he may be called in to help Lisa with her injured racehorse). Christy lied yo Amy to hurt her or so she told Amy so ther is slways the chance she may not be straightvwith Finn to keep him. Will see what Finn’s character is really made of- he should return to have a heart to heart if only to wrap things up in s kind way.

Please let's put the Finn character to rest. They gave as good an ending as possible to Robert Cormier. Lingering on is not fair to Roberts family. Plus how could they bring him back one last time? Robert passed on away before this point in the filming and that is why we have not seen him since he left to help out his friends dad.

Scene opens on a beautiful, clear, suny early fall day, perfect for handing the family’s laundry out to dry. The thing that struck me about the woman who opened the dor in Kindersley, is the same but of attitude , tho’ friendly enough, that i get from her. She steps right out there and dominates the conversation right to her point as Amy’s expression and shaken voice show upset. (Reminds me of the gothe girl who turned Mallory onto black lipstick snd eyeliner and ‘tude). This visitor wasted no time putting Amy in a smaller weaker position so is her arrival all about some territory re: Finn that she is staking out and claiming as a diminished Amy seems naturally unprepared. Body language is so different from what Amy is about. Maybe Finn has found himself in the clutches of this woman who might be taking advantage of Finn’s “guilt” to take care of her and who he described to Amy as ‘opposite personality’ buddy’s “kin” in Kindersley’. Finn cared about his horse-logging grandfather Al, he cares about horses and the abused zorse even to offer to pay gor care for the poor animal also caught between two worlds as Finn said he could relate to. Jack did the same thing with his rodeo buddy Gil ( S10 ep 16 see scene at about 28 minutes as all gets explained to Gil’s daughter Clare). But jack did not sacrifice his own independence as Finn might have done. Gil’s family was helped financially but Jack did notsacrifice his own self in to make up the lost friend as son of the Kindersley farmer with health problems and as a substitute to-be husband of this woman facing down Amy. Finn said something strange to Amy about her not ‘fixing’ him. He seemed set on his second new life that he owed to the memory of his dead friend.

That’s what happens when you rebuff someone. They find someone new.

Amy almost deserves this. She was always so mean to Ty. Season four displays this. Even after Amy knew that nothing happened between Ty and Blair, she still punishes him. In season eight, Amy leads Ahmed on, even though she told Lou she hadn't. Amy was playing Ahmed just like she played Caleb in season two. Amy likes the attention. It didn't matter that she and Ty were engaged. She returns and refuses to kiss Ty multiple times. Amy never apologizes to Ty, nor does she strive to get back together with him even though their break-up was her fault. She makes one trip to the trailer, but fails to even get off the horse. So, this seems like Amy's turn to get jilted.

See I told all of you that Finn was hiding something, he has a fiancé!!! And he’s trying to create a relationship with Amy, I DON’T THINK SO!!! FINN JUST NEEDS TO KEEP A STEPPIN AND NEVER EVER COME BACK TO HEARTLAND. Amy was right to cut ties altogether with Finn, he’s nothing but a liar and a cheater!!!! In about 25 years. By the way none of the actors from 15 years ago are kids. They are adults and need stories to match. Is this snip any different than when Ty’s old ‘girlfriend‘ showed up in season one? It’s not always how it looks.

@bobquinn3602 Spot on. After watching 15 and 16-11 they are adults and maybe thats my problem. My wife and I HL are not 100% HL addicts and watch it 24/7. We have gone through it maybe 3 times. Just more enjoyable when they were young. Maybe that's it. Adult side of HL is just not our thing.

The last few episodes have seemed different, good different, Lisa definitely added spice and warmth that I remember heartland makes me feel. Also, what about Lisa’s fam that is still alive? Minus her aunt, but that was a good episode.

I don't know what the writer for trying to do but they're sure getting worse and worse the second half of season 16 is not turning out very good are they really trying to make the fans that love Finn upset and Amy just goes from one extreme to the next they should have never introduced sin in the first place and just how to stay single or have Sam love interest personally this kind of turning it into glorified soap opera I Hope get canceled because honestly nobody can take ty place that ship sailed in season 14

I'm tired of watching Heartland. When are we going to see Amy happy again and moved on with someone else? When is Lou & Peter actually get together? Why is Lisa always gone? Why is Amy dad & his wife not moved away...like she was a new Yorker.. Why did Parker coming back so annoying.. Katie is so grown up and Why is Amy daughter still so small!
