his album tells a story being in a relationship: falling in love (heartbreak weather) too fast (black and white and dear patience), falling out of love/ breaking up (bend the rules) and trying to cope (going out/night stand in small talk, nice to meet you), searching love somewhere else (put a little love of me and arms of a stranger) but everything still reminds you of that person (everywhere). then falling in love again or still needing love (cross your mind, new angel, no judgement) to wishing you were still with that person (san francisco) to admitting to yourself you’re not over them (still) -correct me if i’m wrong

bend the rules is about not fully being able to trust your partner in the beginning of the relationship (he said that on an instagram life stream)

this was released 13th march 2020, literally the day the world went into lockdown and its very very sad it didn't get the recognition cause of that. all his listening parties and promo and even his 'nice to meet ya' tour was cancelled unfortunately. he was deflated for a while, but then got back into writing, he's in the studio now making NH3. he said no dates yet, but we're hoping for lead single this year and album next year.

It breaks my heart everytime I think about it. I think this album deserves re-release and re-promofew years later because they all sound amazing and it can't go unnoticed.

It breaks my heart, he was coming to my country and the tickets were unbelievely affordable for ME. It was kind of a miracle but then the pandemic happened. THAT WAS GOING TO BE MY FIRST CONCERT EVER 🙁

Heyyyy lockdown started 10 days after.. i had my class 10th boards hindi exam on the day album dropping.. lol i still remember rushing to home to listen to hbw And on the day of my 12th boards physics.. Harry's House dropped😂

This album is so great, yet so underrated.

i agree so so much that there's no way the 2 albums can be compared. they're just for such different moods. Both are just masterpieces. Heartbreak weather is impossible to rank, the more you listen to it, the favorite changes everyday. literally. i knew you'd love still, its just so perfect, and where's its placed just makes it so much more impactful. its hurts everytime. but im so happy that niall is in a great place right now and has a beautiful gf since over a year now!

As part of the one direction fandom it doesn't matter what lane your in you are going to fall in love with niall and thats it🤣 its not a choice we make but we love it anyway🤣

IKRRR like you can never hate niall. I've been in this fandom for so long and i've seen NO ONE. NOT EVEN A SINGLE PERSON who's like neh i love all of them but Niall. NO. EVERYONE LOVES HIM. either he's your favourite or you still love him, like a child idk. There are so many fans who haven't listened to his solo much but still love him for- just him. Love Niall and Love this album....Let's just say, that I'm 61...I haven't bought a physical copy of anyone's music in probably 25 years, but I bought this cd. Too many good songs on it!!!

You have to listen to the bonus tracks: Nothing and dress. Also, please listen to wasted and so long too. Both are unreleased songs and he performed so long on his tour too.

This album literally has no skips, but San Francisco is still my KING. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Edit: AAAHHH!!! SAN FRANCISCO IS YOUR FAVORITE TOOO!!! ❤️ Another edit: Though you ranked it 5th, but still. ❤️

Since you loved Niall Storm (yes he the weather man has a name) you should definitely watch his album announcements of HBW. They are so goofy and were amazing but they are so underrated

Amazing reaction! I once heard nice to meet ya on the radio and now I'm a horandog. Yea that's what niall wants his stans to be named after. One of my favourite albums of all time and it's so underrated. Just a fantastic journey of a relationship put into 12 songs. As for his next album, he did say its going to be his best and is almost finishing it which is superb! He also said that NH3 will solidify a new and more mature sound as well as his ballads. Really hope he puts a single out this year soon

And i remember when I first became a fan i really loved Niall for being him and so cute but I wasn't into his solo music too much.
